Department Description. The Cultivation Department is responsible for the growing and maintenance of the cannabis plants. Department Description. (a) All scheduling shall be based on seniority then availability beginning with full time, part time and then casual employees. All assignments shall be determined in accordance with client needs and profile, as determined by the Society.
