Complaints Filed With - If the grievant is not satisfied with the results rendered in Step 1, the grievant may appeal the decision in writing to the applicable Department Director or his/her designee with a copy to the Union. Contract Interpretation and Past Practice, Compensation and EEO complaints would go directly to Step 3 of this process. (NOTE: See Section 40.2.2.)
