DEPENDENT CARE SALARY CONTRIBUTION. 293. Subject to the applicable provisions of the Internal Revenue Service, employees may contribute up to $5,000 each calendar year from their salaries for approved dependent care. (Eligible employees may only contribute a portion of their salary for such expenses; there are no AHS contributions for dependent care.) SAN employees are not eligible for this benefit. 294. Reimbursements are made on a monthly basis subject to submission of itemized statements, adequate accumulation of the salary contribution, proof of payment, and applicable AHS administrative procedures.
