Deposit and Fees. This Agreement commences on and expires on unless payment for a subsequent membership period is received by Fairfax County Department of Transportation within ten (10) days prior to the expiration date. The Member agrees to pay a non- refundable membership fee established by the fee schedule (see fee schedule) plus a one-time application fee of $15.00.

User fee is not pro-rated. All or a portion of the deposit may be kept to contribute toward the cost of cleaning, repairing, or replacing the key, lock or locker. No interest on the deposit shall be paid to the User. User will be issued one key and agrees that no duplicates will be made.

Occupant may not use said deposit for rent owed during the termof the rental agreement. Any unpaid rent payments due and/or repair cost for damages caused by Occupant left unpaid shallaccrue interest of 1.5% per month, compounded monthly, until such time as entire balance due (including late rent, damagesand interest) are paid in full. Within 30 days of the Occupant vacating the premises, Operator shall return the balance, if any, to the Occupant. A statement for the monthly rent will not be sent to the Occupant. If all rent is not paid within three (3) days of rent being due, then a late fee of $15. for each late rental payment or 15% of the amount of each rental payment, whichever is greater, will be due. All said late charges shall be immediately due and payable without demand from the Operator. If any check is dishonored for any reason, all rent or late fees shall be immediately due and payable in addition to a return check charge identified above as an NSF fee in the amount of $30. Occupant will also be denied access to its Space until full payment is received. If the Occupant’s property is processed for public or private sale, the Occupant shall be responsible for a minimum sale processing fee as shown above as the Sale Fee in the amount of $50 as well as all costs of sale borne by Operator.

Occupant shall deposit with Operator a security deposit equal to one month’s rental to be held and disbursed for any damages to the premises (if any) as provided by law, and to ensure the payment and performance of all terms and conditions included in this Agreement. Occupant may not use said deposit for rent owed during the term of the rental agreement. Any unpaid rent payments due and/or repair cost for damages caused by Occupant left unpaid shall accrue interest of 1.5% per month, compounded monthly, until such time as entire balance due (including late rent, damages and interest) are paid in full. Within 30 days of the Occupant vacating the premises, Operator shall return the balance, if any, to the Occupant. A statement or invoice for the monthly rent is not required to be sent to the Occupant. If all rent is not paid within ten (10) days of rent being due, then a late fee of 20% or $20.00 whichever is greater for each late rental payment will be charged. All said late charges shall be immediately due and payable without demand from the Operator. If any check is dishonored for any reason, all rent or late fees shall be immediately due and payable in addition to a return check charge identified above as an NSF fee in the amount of $35.00. Occupant will also be denied access to its Space until full payment is received. If the Occupant’s property is processed for public or private sale, the Occupant shall be responsible for a minimum sale processing fee as shown above as the Sale Fee in the amount of $25.00, as well as all costs of sale borne by Operator. An administrative Account Set-Up fee of $10.00 will be charged upon signing of the rental contract. Occupant will be charged a disposal/clean up fee of $100.00 if any boxes, trash, or personal items are left in or outside the storage space after vacating.
Deposit and Fees. A. Tenant agrees to pay a Pet Deposit in addition to the rental security deposit. The Pet Deposit shall not exceed the basic rent at the time the Pet is admitted. The Pet Deposit will be $ .
B. The Pet Deposit will be used towards, but is not limited to, repairs, cleaning, treatment for flea infestation, or replacement of any part of the apartment or premises damaged by the pet. This deposit is refundable if no damage is done as verified by the Owner, after either the Pet or Tenant vacates the premises. The Tenant’s liability for damages applies to carpets, doors, walls, drapes, windows, screens, furniture, appliances, and any other part of the dwelling unit, landscaping, or other improvements to Owner’s property. It is further understood that damage charges are not limited to the deposit held by the Owner.

If the Occupant’s property is processed for public or private sale, the Occupant shall be responsible for a minimum sale processing fee as shown above as the Sale Fee in the amount of $100 as well as all costs of sale borne by Operator.

Deposit and Fees a. Client shall pay to PLD the following deposits and fees (collectively, the "Fees") in the following manner:
i. a non-refundable fee in the amount of $500.00 to hold the Event Date (the "Date-Hold Fee") is due and payable to PLD on the Effective Date;

iv. an additional cleaning fee, if any repair and/or excessive cleaning is needed at the Event Space or the Common Areas by reason of the Event to bring the Event Space, the Common Areas, or both to the same or similar condition as delivered to Client (the “Additional Cleaning Fee”), which shall be due and payable to Client within 5 days of the Event Date, which shall be responsible for any deficiency, which shall be charged to Client’s credit card, in accordance with Section 3(b) below.
b. All Fees shall be payable in cash, check, or major credit card. On the Effective Date, Client is required to provide PLD with a credit card, to hold on file for any additional charges which may occur under this Agreement. PLD reserves the right to charge for services incurred under the agreement.
c. PLD shall have no obligation under this Agreement until the Date-Hold Fee is paid in full.
d. If Client fails to pay any of the Fees by the applicable due dates set forth in this Agreement, and such failure continues for ten (10) days after PLD gives Client notice of such failure, PLD shall have the right to revoke the License and retain the Date-Hold Fee.
