DAMAGE CHARGES. Any damages or security charges related to the inappropriate behavior of an event guest or performer will be charged to the Client.
DAMAGE CHARGES. 8.1 Charges for loss or damage to rooms, suites, or apartments shall be assessed to the resident(s) of that room, suite, or apartment. Charges for loss or damages to common areas not assessed to a particular individual may be charged against the residential unit (floor, suite, apartment or building).
8.2 Keys remain the property of NC State and must be returned when residents move out of their room, suites or apartments. Failure to return keys shall result in charges to the resident to cover the cost of replacement.
8.3 Upon check-in, residents must report room damages, if any, within 48 hours by submitting a Work Request. Otherwise, residents will be charged for damages noted at any time during the term of this Agreement or at check-out that were not reported at check-in. Residents are liable for the condition of their rooms and room furnishings that are assigned to them and shall reimburse NC State for all damage to or loss of these accommodations and furnishings, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Residents of an apartment/floor may also be required to share in the expense of repair or replacement of any property or cleaning in areas commonly used by the residents. Housing shall assess charges against the resident and the resident agrees to pay such damages to NC State upon demand. Housing shall determine the amount of such loss or damage, selection of repair method, and scheduling of repair, at its sole discretion.
DAMAGE CHARGES. Residents will be held responsible for damage to residence hall property and will pay all assessed charges including charges for damages to common areas. Missouri S&T reserves the right to charge a living unit for damages not attributable to individuals. Common area damages will be pro-rated to the smallest possible number of residents.
DAMAGE CHARGES. Resident agrees to maintain his/her assigned room and adjoining common areas in good order and condition, and to leave the premises in the same condition as it was received, subject to normal wear and tear. Resident understands and agrees that he/she is individually responsible for any damages to his/her room and is collectively responsible for damage to adjoining common areas. The University, through the Residence Life and Housing Office, reserves the right to assess Resident for damage to his/her room and for a prorated share of expenses for repair or replacement of the property in the common areas of the unit. Damage charges will be billed directly to Resident’s account and are payable upon receipt. Resident further agrees to pay the University for costs to repair, replace, or rebuild any portion of the University premises, including all buildings, property, fixtures, etc. owned/leased by the University, where such structures have been damaged by Resident, or Resident's guests or invitees.
DAMAGE CHARGES. The University shall use its best efforts to furnish, at its expense, reasonable temperature control, water, lights and electric power for ordinary use only, unless requested in writing by the Client and agreed to before the Event. Promptly after the final presentation of the Event, Client shall clear and leave the Venue in a condition equal to or better than the condition it was in when the Client first entered it. Client shall pay the University for any damages, maintenance, repairs or replacement, other than normal wear and tear, resulting from or made necessary by the occupancy of Client or its representatives, agents, cast members, workers, employees, independent contractors or invitees. No nails or screws shall be directly inserted into stage floor. Any set pieces effacing the floor will result in a damage fee to be determined by ISU Facilities and billed to Client.
DAMAGE CHARGES. The Resident may avoid monetary fines and judicial referrals at the end of the lease period by: Failure to comply with any of the above items and/or published guidelines and regulations may result in monetary charges, referral to the Student Judicial Affairs Office and/or removal from the facility.
DAMAGE CHARGES. Students are responsible for loss or damage to furnishings or equipment in the residence hall room to which they are assigned. When damage occurs to any part of the public area of your community (hallway, lounges, bathrooms, etc.), all residents of the living community will be notified and held responsible for cost of the repair. Students will be billed for the replacement or repair of any university property they damage or lose. At the time a student occupies a room, a Room Inventory & Checkout Form must be completed. This form establishes student responsibility for the room condition, furnishings, and room key/ OneCard. Students vacating rooms are expected to remove all trash and personal belongings from rooms. Any damages, beyond normal wear and tear, upon check-out will be charged to the student. Final billing will be assessed by the Department once rooms are vacated. Charges for loss or damages to common areas not able to be assessed to a particular Resident may be charged against the Residents of the Facility or the lessee of the Facility’s common areas under the Lease, as NC State deems appropriate, provided that such charges are consistent with the terms of the Lease. Keys remain the property of NC State and must be returned when Residents vacate their rooms. Failure to return keys shall result in charges to the Resident to cover the cost of replacement. All Residents shall complete a room condition report (RCR) before moving into their assigned rooms.
DAMAGE CHARGES. Students are financially responsible for damages to their room beyond reasonable wear and tear as determined by the University. Damage to common areas of residential facilities will be charged on a per person basis to residents of the community or unit. Damage charges will be charged to the Student's account(s).
DAMAGE CHARGES. You will be held financially responsible for any property damage due to destructive behavior of your child.
