Depot Operating Times. As at 1 July 2013, the normal opening times of Metro’s depots are (in accordance with Council noise restrictions): Hobart: Monday to Thursday: 4.45am to 12:00am Friday: 4.45am to 12:00am Saturday: 6:15am to 1:45am Sunday: 7.20am to 10:45pm Launceston: Monday to Friday: 5.30am to 11:30pm Saturday: 7:15am to 11:30pm Sunday: 8.30am to 7:30pm Burnie: Monday to Friday: 5.45am to 7:30pm Saturday: 8:00am to 6:00pm Sunday: Closed The Services are to be undertaken within Metro depot operating hours but not outside the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11.30 p.m. on any day of the week. Generally, work on specific buses can be arranged in advance by liaison with Metro depot staff. The following further comments are made in respect to the programming of work:  Metro requires that adequate buses are always available to meet peak operating requirements. As at July 2018, the current peak operating times are Monday to Friday, 6.45 a.m. to 9.15 a.m. and 3.15 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. These ‘peak’ times may vary slightly between depots or when service demands change;  Buses will not be generally available for the Services during Metro peak operating times unless special arrangements are made with the Metro Representative, or in his absence, the Operations Supervisors. However, it is acknowledged that the Contractor may have up to three buses in Hobart, one bus in Launceston and one bus in Burnie off the road for core repair and maintenance; and  Bus availability is significantly improved on weekends, particularly Sundays (excluding Burnie depot which is closed on Sundays). The depot and satellite yards are accessible on weekends by arrangement with the Metro Representative, or in his absence, the Operations Supervisors.

  • Shift Operation When a three (3) shift operation is established by the Employer, the following conditions will apply: Those employees working on the day shift shall work eight (8) hours at the straight time rate. Those employees working on the afternoon shift shall work seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours per shift. A shift differential of one-seventh (1/7) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked. Those employees working on the night shift shall work seven (7) hours per shift. A shift differential of one-fifth (1/5) shall be paid for all normal scheduled shift hours worked.

  • Current Operating Areas Where logging or road construction is in progress but not completed, unless agreed otherwise, Purchaser shall, before opera- tions cease annually, remove all temporary log culverts and construct temporary cross drains, drainage ditches, dips, berms, culverts, or other facilities needed to control erosion. Such protection shall be provided, prior to end of a Normal Operating Season, for all disturbed, unprotected ground that is not to be disturbed further prior to end of operations each year, including roads and associated fills, tractor roads, skid trails, and fire lines. When weather permits operations after Normal Operating Season, Pur- chaser shall keep such work on any additional disturbed areas as up to date as practicable.

  • Starting Times Each site principal with input from the leadership team shall determine the starting times for staff members within legal requirements and exactly equal to the work day as set forth in Article 8.1.

  • Training Time When an employee is ordered by the County to attend training, the time spent in training shall be counted as hours worked. Training which takes place during off-duty hours with attendance voluntary is not hours worked.

  • Co-operation 1. The Parties shall take all appropriate and necessary measures to ensure fulfilment of the obligations and objectives arising out of this programme agreement.

  • Planning Time A. Uninterrupted planning time sixty (60) consecutive minutes shall be provided daily within the normal work day for full-time teachers at elementary sites. Planning period adjustments may be made with the approval of the teacher if the adjustment does not decrease the number of minutes allocated for planning time.

  • Starting Time is the time that employees present themselves at their work- station and not the time that employees are in the amenities or in the car park.

  • Meeting Times ‌ Meetings shall be held at least quarterly, but no more than monthly, at a time that is convenient for both Parties.

  • REPORTING TIME 12.01 Any xxxxxx after being hired and/or reporting for work at the regular starting time and for whom no work is provided or due to climatic conditions, shall receive pay for two (2) hours at the applicable rate of wages, unless he has been notified not to report. The foregoing provisions shall apply to Saturday, Sunday, holidays and shift work at the applicable rate of pay. Employees who commence work shall receive the greater of reporting time or actual time worked.
