As a result, our candidates have always performed well at the client sites. One week after the beginning of any assignment our recruiters and/or account manager get in touch with both the client manager as well as the employee to find out how they feel about the work. The objective is to identify any issues and correct them before they start having an effect on the work progress. Should any of them raise any issues we hold a meeting to make sure everyone is aware of the issues and that a consensus is reached on fixing them. At the end of 2nd week another follow-up meeting is arranged to make sure all issues are taken care of. We try to assess what is causing staff performance issues. If it is a technical matter, we pair our junior staff member with the more senior member so that the junior staff member would have an opportunity to learn and contribute. We have sent our staff members to specialized training so that they can perform well at client sites. If it is personal matter or interpersonal skill, then we hold regular meetings between consulting staff member and Human Resources staff member so that the consulting staff member would have an opportunity to adapt to client environment. In an unfortunate situation that the candidate is not able to perform at the level expected by the client, the employee is removed from client service (with client approval). A thorough review is conducted by the management to understand what went wrong in that particular assignment and how to prevent these situations in future. All learnings are distributed to the client servicing team members so that they can prevent these situations from happening again.

However, failure of the prospective primary participant to furnish a certification or an explanation shall disqualify such person from participation in this transaction. 3. The certification in this clause is a material representation of fact upon which reliance was placed when DHHS determined to enter into this transaction. If it is later determined that the prospective primary participant knowingly rendered an erroneous certification, in addition to other remedies available to the Federal Government, DHHS may terminate this transaction for cause or default. 4. The prospective primary participant shall provide immediate written notice to the DHHS agency to whom this Agreement is submitted if at any time the prospective primary participant learns that its certification was erroneous when submitted or has become erroneous by reason of changed circumstances. 5. Designating the property to which this Policy applies as a "designated area,” which must at least comprise all buildings and structures where activities funded under this Grant Agreement are taking place, as well as Grantee owned, leased, or controlled sidewalks, parking lots, walkways, and attached parking structures immediately adjacent to this designated area; iii. Applying to all employees and visitors in this designated area; and iv. Providing for or referring its employees to tobacco use cessation services. B. If Grantee cannot meet these minimum standards, it must obtain a waiver from the System Agency.
