Description of Generating Facility. Interconnection Customer shall install a wind Generating Facility in Codington, Duel, and Grant Counties in South Dakota and is interconnecting into the Transmission Owner’s Big Stone South substation in Grant County, SD. G736 Generating Facility is composed of eighty-seven (87) GE 2.3MW wind turbines. The J442 Generating Facility is composed of eighty-seven (87) GE 2.3 MW wind turbines. Interconnection Service provided under this agreement is 400 XX xxxxx of Conditional ERIS (200MW for G736 and 200MW for J442) that will become 400 XX xxxxx of ERIS and/or NRIS (200MW for G736 and 200MW for J442), where NRIS cannot exceed 400 XX xxxxx (200MW for G736 and 200MW for J442) upon completion of all Network Upgrades and transmission projects in Exhibit A10. Interconnection Customer shall install appropriate protection equipment per Appendix C, Interconnection Details to this GIA. G736 Interconnection Customer’s collector substation will include one transformer rated 135/180/225 MVA to increase voltage from 34.5 kV to 230 kV and a 230kV circuit breaker. The J442 switchyard shall contain a 34.5/230 kV generator step up transformer, rated at 135/180/225 MVA, and a high side breaker.

Description of Generating Facility. 2.1 CUSTOMER owns or leases property located at: [Customer Street Address], [City, State, Zip Code] (the “Property”). 2.2 CUSTOMER has elected to interconnect and operate a solar or wind electric generating facility on the Property in parallel with ANAHEIM’s electric grid. The solar or wind electric generating facility is intended primarily to offset part or all of the CUSTOMER’s own electrical requirements. This solar or wind electric generating facility is specifically identified in the plans and design package on file at ANAHEIM's Building Division under the address of the Property. (the “Generating Facility”). 2.3 The Generating Facility shall not be relocated or modified without ANAHEIM’s written consent.

The Big Stone South substation is located in Section 24, T-121-N, R 47 W in Grant County, SD. The maximum net megawatt electrical output of the proposed Generating Facility will be 200 MW as measured at Point of Interconnection. The total conditional 200 MW ERIS will become a total of 200 MW of NRIS and ERIS where NRIS cannot exceed 200 MW; available upon completion of identified facilities (including Network Upgrades in Exhibit A10.) The Generating Facility shall consist of a 200 MW wind farm generating facility consisting of 112 GE 1.79MW-100RD. Interconnection Customer shall install appropriate protection equipment per Appendix C, Interconnection Details to this GIA. Interconnection Customer’s collector substation will include one transformer rated 135/180/225 MVA to increase voltage from 34.5 kV to 230 kV and a 230kV 63 kA circuit breaker.
Description of Generating Facility. Interconnection Customer’s Generating Facility will consist of twelve (12) 2.0 MW Vestas wind turbine generators and fifty-seven (57) 2.2 MW Vestas wind turbine generators for a total generating nameplate of 149.4 MW. The wind turbines will be equipped with the manufacturer’s low voltage ride package to meet the requirements of Appendix G. The customer is required to maintain a composite power delivery at a continuous rated power output at the high-side of the generator substation at a power factor within the range of 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging in accordance with FERC Order 827. Additionally, the Interconnection Customer will be required to install any equipment necessary to meet the voltage schedule requirements in Article 9.6.2 of this Agreement.

The Generating Facility is composed of 54 2.5 MW Siemens units in a wind farm rated at 2.5 MW each. Interconnection Service provided under this agreement is 130 MW of conditional ERIS that will become 130 MW of ERIS and/or 69.8 MW NRIS upon completion of all Network Upgrades, Affected system upgrades listed in item 7 and transmission assumptions listed in table 1 of Exhibit A10. Interconnection Customer shall install a switchyard with the appropriate protection equipment coordinated per Appendix C to this GIA. The Switchyard shall contain one Main Power Transformer (MPT) 87/116/145 MVA Wye-Delta-Wye with HV OLTC, impedances as shown in Interconnection Request, one circuit breakers connected at the high side of the MPT as shown in the single line diagram in Exhibit A1.
Description of Generating Facility. Interconnection Customer shall install an 8 MW Biogas Landfill Energy System (“Generating Facility”). All studies were performed based on the assumption that the Facility will have a total net output not to exceed 8MW at the POI. The (J256) Generating Facility will connect to the Transmission Owner’s 69 kV Plymouth Substation Circuit 6968. A one-line diagram of the Interconnection Customer’s proposed substation is shown in Exhibit A1-1. Upon completion of the Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades identified in this GIA the Interconnection Customer Service shall be 8 MW (Net at the POI) of ER Interconnection Service.

Description of Generating Facility. Interconnection Customer shall install Fermi III Nuclear plant facility, rated at 1563 MW net, with all studies performed at or below these outputs. Interconnection Customer has proposed to construct and operate an ESBWR designed by GE-Hitachi Neclear Energy Americas, LLC at the existing Fermi site in Monroe County, Michigan. According to design documents, the reactor has a rated core thermal power of 4500 megawatts thermal (MWt) and a gross electrical output of approximately 1605 +/- 50 megawatts electric (MWe). The total interconnection Service is 1563 need net number MW of conditional ERIS which will become a combined total of 1563 need net number MW of NRIS and ERIS where the NRIS cannot exceed 1563 need net number MW upon completion of all needed facilities identified in this GIA. The Generating Facility will be located on existing Fermi property in Frenchtown Twp. in Monroe County, Michigan and connect to the Transmission Owner’s 345 kV Transmission System. Interconnection Customer shall install the appropriate protection equipment coordinated per Appendix C to this GIA. The Fermi III main generator feeds electric power through a 27 kV isolated-phase bus to a bank of three single-phase transformers, stepping the generator voltage up to the transmission voltage of 345 kV.
