Description of Service to be provided. The service provider agrees to identify up to 4.5% of their registered practice population list within the year and undertake the necessary procedures during the term of the Agreement. Description of Service to be provided. The Hub has been commissioned to develop and deliver a targeted programme of community engagement activity in key hotspot areas of Doncaster with the core aim of raising awareness of the signs and symptoms of three cancers (lung, breast and bowel) and encouraging early diagnosis of cancer via presentation at appropriate services.   • STATEMENT OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED The Parties agree to cooperate to provide necessary and authorized services and resources in accordance with the terms of this Contract. Specific services provided are described in Attachment A – Statement of Work.

Loop Makeup Service Inquiries (LMUSI) for preordering loop makeup are likewise unique from other preordering functions with associated service inquiries (SI) as described in this Agreement.

  • Inspection of Services Subcontractor shall make the Services accessible at all reasonable times for inspection by the Contractor. Subcontractor shall, at the first opportunity, inspect all material and equipment delivered to the job site by others to be used or incorporated in the Subcontractor’s Services and give prompt notice of any defect therein. Subcontractor assumes full responsibility to protect the work done hereunder until final acceptance by the Contractor or any authorized third (3rd) party.

  • Transition of Services Upon request by the State prior to expiration or earlier termination of this Contract or any Services provided in this Contract, Contractor shall provide reasonable and necessary assistance to accomplish a complete transition of the Services from Contractor to the State or any replacement provider designated solely by the State without any interruption of or adverse impact on the Services. Contractor shall cooperate fully with the State or any successor provider and shall promptly take all steps required to assist in effecting a complete transition of the Services designated by the State. All services related to such transition shall be performed at no additional cost beyond what would be paid for the Services in this Contract.

  • Completion of Services (a) The Customer must:

  • STATEMENT OF SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED A. Vendor shall provide Worker(s) to DIR Customers to perform services that are defined in the Work Order Solicitation, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract. Workers provided by Vendor shall possess qualifications that meet or exceed those specified in the Work Order Solicitation and will perform the functions as outlined in the Work Order Solicitation at the rates quoted therein. All travel is subject to the prior, written approval of the Customer.

  • Student Data to Be Provided In order to perform the Services described in this Article and Exhibit “A”, LEA shall provide the categories of data described in the Schedule of Data, attached hereto as Exhibit “B”.
