Description of the Educational Program. A. Grades Covered by Racine Civil Leaders Academy. RCLA will educate students in grades 4K through eighth grade. For the first year (2014-15), RCLA will enroll students in grades 4K through fifth grade. Each year thereafter an additional grade will be added until reaching the eighth grade. The recommended maximum enrollment will be 20 students per class in 4K, 25 students per class in Kindergarten through fifth grade and 27 students per class in sixth through eighth grade.

  • Resident Educator Program The four-year program is designed to provide newly licensed Ohio educators quality mentoring and guidance. Successful completion of the residency program is required to advance to a five-year professional educator license.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.
