Xxxxxx provides students with a middle school option that offers:  A multicultural, academically-focused learning environment that is integrated into the fabric of the South Madison community;  The inclusion of social action, social responsibility and self- advocacy into the implicit and explicit curriculum;  The utilization of its small size to address the particular developmental and academic needs of adolescent students from diverse backgrounds;  A professional development school that engages the teachers and other staff in a reflective and collaborative approach to teaching and learning of best practices; and  Substantive involvement of parents, students and staff in decision-making.

  • Philosophy It is the Company’s intent to use regular staff to perform most of its work of a continuing nature.   • Vision The Employer agrees to offer group vision insurance to bargaining unit employees and their dependents, at employee cost.

  • Staffing There shall be a clinician employed by the outside contractor for EAP Services who will be on-site a minimum of 20 hours a week. The clinician shall report directly to the outside contractor, Peer Assistance Oversight Committee and the MIF liaison. There shall be three full-time Peer Assistants reporting to the outside contractor.

  • Aims The Parties agree to pursue the following aims:  Providing opportunities for the local community and sports organisations to participate in sport and physical activity for health improvement and development of their skills, particularly amongst low participant groups;  Operating in line with the national agenda for sport taking into account nationally adopted strategies;  Generating positive attitudes in sport and physical activity by young people and reducing the drop out rate in sports participation with age;  Increasing the number of people of all ages and abilities participating in sport and physical activity including people with disabilities;  Using the facilities to encourage the range, quality and number of School sports club links and to stimulate competition that is inclusive of young people and adults;  To provide affordable access to the facilities and to be self-financing in terms of community use;

IFS may track and analyze the usage of the IFS Offering for purposes of determining usage made of the IFS Offering, for the purposes of security, to assist customers, and for improving the Software and Services and the user experience in using such Software and Services. For example, IFS may use this information to help customers derive more value from the Software and Services, to understand and analyze trends, or to track which features are used most often in order to improve the Software and Services. IFS may share anonymous usage data with its service providers for the purpose of helping in such tracking, analysis and improvements. Additionally, IFS may share such anonymous usage data on an aggregate basis in the normal course of operating their business; for example, IFS may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of its software and services.   • Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.

  • PERSONNEL FOLDERS ‌ An employee shall be entitled to review the contents of the employee’s official departmental personnel folder at reasonable intervals, upon request, during hours when the employee’s personnel office is normally open for business. Such review shall not interfere with the normal business of the department. No disciplinary document shall be placed in an employee’s official departmental personnel folder without providing said employee with a copy thereof.

  • Vision Plan The District will also make available a vision plan to be paid by the employee with pre-tax dollars through payroll deduction.
