Design Development Changes. Where, in connection with the design development procedure described in Schedule 4 [Design and Construction Protocols], the Parties agree to utilize an alternate procedure for agreeing on and tracking Changes that: (a) on an individual basis, have an estimated value of less than $2,000,000, including “no cost” Changes; (b) on a cumulative basis, have an estimated value of less than $40,000,000, including “no cost” Changes; and (c) do not result in a change in the Target Phase 1 Construction Completion Date, the Target ICS Integration Ready Date, the Target Stony Plain Road Bridge Availability Date, the Target ICS Integration Ready Date, the Target Construction Completion Date or any other Key Date (each a “Design Development Change”), the Parties may, on an individual Change basis, agree to utilize the process set out in Section 5.3 [Design Development Change Process], rather than the processes set out in Section 2 [Change Enquiry Process] or Section 3 [Change Directive Process] of this Schedule 13 [Changes].

Design Development Changes. Where, in connection with the design development procedure described in Schedule 4 [Design and Construction Protocols], including any variance requests pursuant to the HFDG, the Parties agree to utilize an alternate procedure for agreeing on and tracking Changes that: (a) on an individual basis, have an estimated value of less than $2,000,000, including “no cost” Changes; and (b) do not result in a change, on an individual or cumulative basis, in any Key Date (each a “Design Development Change”), the Parties may, on an individual Change basis, agree to utilize the process set out in Section 5.3 [Design Development Change Process], rather than the processes set out in Section 2 [Change Enquiry Process] or Section 3 [Change Directive Process].

  • Design Development An interim step in the design process. Design Development documents consist of plans, elevations, and other drawings and outline specifications. These documents will fix and illustrate the size and character of the entire project in its essentials as to kinds of materials, type of structure, grade elevations, sidewalks, utilities, roads, parking areas, mechanical and electrical systems, and such other work as may be required.

  • Design Development Phase INDICATE IN STATEMENT OF WORK “NOT APPLICABLE” IF SECTION IS NOT APPLICABLE 1.1.6.1. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall conduct meetings with the State, Efficiency Vermont, and relevant members of the design team, to review the Design Development Documents for the purposes of furthering the energy efficiency objectives of the Project. 1.1.6.3. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare for the State a revised accounting of how the Project is responding to LEED criteria. 1.1.6.4. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall submit to the State a revised Statement of Probable Construction Cost based thereon for and until approved by the State.

  • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.

  • Design Criteria A/E shall prepare all work in accordance with the latest version of applicable County’s procedures, specifications, manuals, guidelines, standard drawings, and standard specifications. A/E shall prepare each Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) package in a form suitable for letting through County’s construction contract bidding and awarding process.
