Design Phase Requirements. The Commissioning Agent shall play a vital role in the design process and facilitate the full design review in collaboration with the A/E team and District. Specific tasks required include: I. Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) – Immediately upon contract execution, develop a project‐specific OPR in coordination with the project team that incorporates LEED v4, Xxx Xxxxx and Title 24 requirements, and aligns with the District Project Guidelines. Update this document at Design Development, Construction Documents, Bid and Project Closeout. II. Basis of Design (BOD) - Review the BOD for alignment to the District Project Requirements at each design review cycle (outlined below). Provide comments to the team for review and response. Back check all comments in subsequent design milestones. III. Design Peer Reviews – Review the design documents, including plans, specifications, Basis of Design, and energy model for compliance with the District’s requirements, engineering best practices, and maintenance standards. Participate in design review meetings and maintain a central commissioning comment log. a. Schematic Design (SD) – No formal CxA (Commissioning Authority) review. b. Design Development (DD) – Peer review the DD set and provide comments to the District and A/E Team. Ensure conformance with the OPR and BOD. The A/E team will provide the CxA with written responses and include updates in the 75% CD set. c. 75% Construction Documents (CD) ‐ Verify that items caught in the DD set have been corrected. d. Initial DSA Submittal – Conduct full peer review and provide comments to the District and A/E Team. The A/E team will provide the CxA with written responses and include updates in the DSA Back Check set. e. DSA Backcheck/Bid – Verify that items have been corrected from the DSA submission set. Any ongoing/subsequent issues shall be relayed to the District project manager and Sustainability Office for possible inclusion in an addendum.

Design Phase Requirements. Contractor shall work with the City of Milwaukee and/or other regulatory agencies so that project designs comply with any code related issues, including ADA. Contractor is responsible for all redraw/redesign efforts due to changes required to bring the project in line with MPS standards.
Design Phase Requirements. The Professional shall review and comply with the most current version the Office of Physical Plant’s Design Phase Deliverables document and with The Pennsylvania State University’s manual of Design & Construction Standards. Both documents are available on the Office of Physical Plant web page. The Professional shall actively participate in the Design Review process utilizing software of the Owner’s choice. The Professional will provide all design review documents electronically in a .pdf or compatible format for each review. The Owner’s comments on these documents will be provided via the design review software. The Professional is responsible for accessing, reviewing, and responding to those comments within the software. Comments and responses will be archived by the Owner for the record.

  • Project Requirements 1. Project must conform to regulations under 24 CFR Part 92, commonly known as the HOME Regulations.

  • Design Requirements The DG Facility shall be installed in compliance with Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter PSC 119.

  • Maintenance Requirements The Contractor shall ensure and procure that at all times during the Maintenance Period, the Project Highway conforms to the maintenance requirements set forth in Schedule-E (the “Maintenance Requirements”).

  • Minimum Vendor License Requirements Vendor shall maintain, in current status, all federal, state, and local licenses, bonds and permits required for the operation of the business conducted by Vendor. Vendor shall remain fully informed of and in compliance with all ordinances and regulations pertaining to the lawful provision of goods or services under the TIPS Agreement. TIPS and TIPS Members reserve the right to stop work and/or cancel a TIPS Sale or terminate this or any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement involving Vendor if Vendor’s license(s) required to perform under this Agreement or under the specific TIPS Sale have expired, lapsed, are suspended or terminated subject to a 30‐day cure period unless prohibited by applicable statue or regulation.

  • System Requirements Apple Software is supported only on Apple-branded hardware that meets specified system requirements as indicated by Apple.

  • Minimum Purchase Requirements Distributor shall make the minimum annual purchase of Products established in Exhibit B, unless the Agreement has become coexclusive. In the period within the fixed term and extension, if applicable, of the Agreement under Section 10(a) subsequent to [ * ], the parties shall meet in San Francisco at least [ * ] prior to the beginning of each of respective year to discuss market conditions and appropriate minimum purchases for such year. In the event Distributor fails in any year (a “Shortfall Year”) to make the annual minimum purchase of Agreement Products required by Exhibit B, Supplier shall have the right to give Distributor written notice of default, and if such failure to make the minimum purchase is not cured (through the purchase of an amount of Agreement Product equal to the entire shortfall in the Shortfall Year, which amount shall not be counted towards any minimum purchase requirements for the year of purchase) within [ * ] of receipt of the notice, then Supplier shall have the right, in Supplier’s sole discretion and as Supplier’s sole remedy for Distributor’s failure to meet the minimum purchase requirements hereunder, either to convert the appointment of Distributor from exclusive to non-exclusive or to terminate this Agreement. In the event of either conversion to non-exclusive or termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Section 3(e), the Supplier shall pay Distributor a conversion fee equal to [ * ], and Distributor shall transfer all Regulatory Approvals relating to BMS or DES in the Territory to Supplier.

  • Software Requirements 7 Developer shall prepare the Project Schedule using Oracle’s Primavera P6.

  • Subcontract Requirements As required by Section 6.22(e)(5) of the Administrative Code, Contractor shall insert in every subcontract or other arrangement, which it may make for the performance of Covered Services under this Agreement, a provision that said subcontractor shall pay to all persons performing labor in connection with Covered Services under said subcontract or other arrangement not less than the highest general prevailing rate of wages as fixed and determined by the Board of Supervisors for such labor or services.

  • Equipment Requirements No Equipment is provided to Customer as part of this Service.
