Designation of Campus Stewards and Representatives. In addition to a Chief Xxxxxxx for Unit I and for Unit II at each campus, the Union shall designate and the Employer shall recognize four (4) Representatives statewide; drawn from the respective Departments of Public Safety at the Colleges. Said Representatives’ duties shall be limited to attending grievance hearings involving the administration and interpretation of the Supplemental Agreement covering Public Safety Personnel. Notwithstanding the above, any two (2) of the Representatives (one from the State Universities/Colleges and one from the Community Colleges) may attend up to six (6) meeting of the Union’s Executive Board a calendar year during the Representatives’ regular work hours provided that the Representatives arrange substitute coverage of their work hours through the use of an approved shift swap with a fellow public safety employee during the same work week and provided further that the Representatives’ attendance at Union Executive Board meetings does not result in any additional or extra expense or cost to their respective schools. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.   • Designated Representatives (a) With the delivery of this Agreement, the Subordination Agent shall furnish to each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee, and from time to time thereafter may furnish to each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee, at the Subordination Agent’s discretion, or upon any Liquidity Provider’s or any Trustee’s request (which request shall not be made more than one time in any 12-month period), a certificate (a “Subordination Agent Incumbency Certificate”) of a Responsible Officer of the Subordination Agent certifying as to the incumbency and specimen signatures of the officers of the Subordination Agent and the attorney-in-fact and agents of the Subordination Agent (the “Subordination Agent Representatives”) authorized to give Written Notices on behalf of the Subordination Agent hereunder. Until each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee receives a subsequent Subordination Agent Incumbency Certificate, it shall be entitled to rely on the last Subordination Agent Incumbency Certificate delivered to it hereunder.
