Executive Board Meetings. The COUNTY agrees that, where in the judgment of the COUNTY its operations will not be seriously disrupted, it will allow the ASSOCIATION Executive Board members, but not more than two (2) per division and not more than one (1) from the Division of Youth Services, to attend Executive Board meetings after 5:00 p.m., without pay.
Executive Board Meetings. The Union will provide a calendar of all regularly scheduled Executive Board meetings for the next calendar year in December of the preceding year to the Human Resources & Risk Management Administrator.

The Executive Board meetings may be conducted on either a face-to-face basis or via video or telephone conference call, whichever is mutually agreed to by the Parties at least ten (10) business days in advance of the scheduled meeting. Special meetings may be called by any two members of the Executive Board, one (1) from each Party, upon at least (i) ten (10) business days prior notice for a face-to-face meeting or (ii) seventy-two (72) hours prior notice for a telephonic or video conference meeting. The Executive Board may also act without a meeting upon the unanimous written consent of all the Board members.
Executive Board Meetings. ‌ A. The Executive Board shall hold an organizational meeting each July. At the organizational meeting, the Executive Board shall establish the dates, times and places for regular meetings and identify officers. B. There shall be two officers of the Executive Board, Chairperson and Vice- Chairperson. The terms of the office shall be one year. The positions shall be rotated. The duties of the Chairperson will be to provide over the meetings and set the agenda; the Vice-Chairperson will act as secretary and take over in absence of the chair. C. The Vice-Chairperson shall responsible for recording complete minutes of all ISECC Governing Board meetings and dissemination of same to the membership within thirty (30) days after each meeting. D. All meetings shall be conducted in compliance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act. E. A quorum shall consist of a majority of the Executive Board membership. F. On all matters requiring approval by the Executive Board, each Board Member shall have one vote. An affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the Executive Board present at a duly called meeting at which a quorum has been established shall be required for passage of a proposition unless otherwise specifically stated in this Agreement. G. Executive Board members may participate in Executive Board meetings by electronic or telephonic means so long as such attendance complies with the Illinois Open Meetings Act, other provisions of this Agreement and ISECC policy.
Executive Board Meetings. Executive Board meetings of AFSCME Local 1902 may be held during District working hours, limited to not more than one day per month, excluding travel time. AFSCME Local 1902 shall notify the Manager of Human Resources of the dates, times and locations of the monthly Executive Board Meetings during the first thirty (30) days of each MOU year. The Executive President, Executive Vice-President and Executive Secretary/Treasurer will be excused to attend these meetings. The Group Presidents will be released on District time to attend the Executive Board meetings. If for some reason the Group President cannot attend the Executive Board meeting the Group Vice-President, or another elected officer or designee of the group will be released in his place. A maximum of two days (including travel time) shall be allowed for officers from remote locations to attend monthly Executive Board meetings.

Executive Board Meetings. The Executive Board of the Union President, Vice President, Secretary-Treasurer, and three (3) Trustees shall be allowed to hold its meetings at the Safety Building in the City of Racine or such other place in the City of Racine as the Executive Board designates, whether Board members be on or off duty, upon notification of the time, place and personnel attending the meeting to the Battalion/Division Chief on duty at least two (2) hours notice of such meeting, if possible. In case of an emergency as determined by the sole discretion of the Chief, the Chief may disallow such meetings. The City shall not be required to pay employees for participation in the preparation for or in the collective bargaining process of another bargaining unit. Permission must be received from the immediate supervisor before an employee (not a member of the Executive Board) shall leave a particular work area to conduct Union business.
Executive Board Meetings. The Executive Board shall meet every other month opposite the membership meetings or when deemed necessary by the President. The President shall convene such meetings at a time and place convenient to the Executive Board.
