Dictation Pay. 12 All individuals employed prior to January 1, 1987 in any classification listed below 13 shall receive a two and one-half percent (2½%) increase in his/her basic rate of 14 pay in compensation for previous requirements for the taking and transcribing of 15 dictation as long as the employee remains in the classification listed below.
