Direct Costs to the Project. 16.1 Wages paid for labor (as opposed to wages paid for management or supervisory personnel) in the direct employ of Design-Build Firm in the performance of the Work and the associated overhead per this agreement. 16.2 Cost of all materials, supplies, and equipment incorporated in the Project, including cost of transportation and storage thereof. 16.3 Payments to Subcontractors for performance of services required in the Construction of the Project. 16.4 Costs, including maintenance and transportation of all equipment, temporary facilities and hand tools not owned by the Design-Build Firm, which are employed or consumed in the performance of the Work. 16.5 Rental charges on all necessary machinery and equipment, exclusive of hand tools, used at the Project Site and required for performance of the Work. 16.6 Premium costs for all insurance and all bonds that the Design-Build Firm is required to procure per this agreement. 16.7 Taxes, sales, use gross receipts or similar taxes related to allowable direct costs to the Project. 16.8 Minor expenses at the Site to be billed at cost, i.e., postage, telephone service, and similar xxxxx cash items required by the Project. 16.9 Costs for trash and debris control and removal from the Site. 16.10 Costs incurred due to an emergency affecting the safety of persons or property at the Site. 16.11 Costs for temporary facilities during Construction as required by the Project. 16.12 C o s t s f o r the required number of Record Drawings to be provided to the County upon completion of the Work. 16.13 Builder’s Contingency. A sum shall be included in the Construction Contingency fee to protect the Work in the event of an uncompensated loss. T h e C o u n t y m u s t c o n s e n t t o a l l u s e s o f t h i s s u m . In the event this sum is not needed, it shall be returned to the County at the time of Final Completion. 16.14 County's Contingency, which shall be defined as a sum of money owned by and under the control of the County for use as deemed necessary by the County for the Work.

  • Project Costs Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the Company shall disclose to the Department all of the Project Costs which the Company seeks to include for purposes of determining the limitation of the amount of the Credit pursuant to Section 5-30 of the Act and provide to the Department a Schedule of Project Costs in the form as attached hereto as Exhibit C.
