Common use of Director of Maintenance or Designee Clause in Contracts

Director of Maintenance or Designee. If the issue is not resolved informally, the Union may present a written grievance to the Director of Maintenance or designee with a copy to the WSF Labor Relations Office within the thirty (30) day period described above. The Director of Maintenance or designee will meet or confer by telephone with a union xxxxxxx and/or staff representative and the grievant within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the grievance, and will respond in writing to the Union within ten (10) days after the meeting.
