DISCIPLINARY AND GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES AND SUSPENSION. 24.1 The Grievance and Disciplinary Procedures set out in the Company’s Employee Handbook will apply to the Executive. Such procedures are non-contractual and the Company reserves the right to leave out any stage of the procedures and failure to follow a procedure (or part of it) shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
