Common use of Discipline of Students Clause in Contracts

Discipline of Students. The Employer shall assist employees with respect to the maintenance of control and discipline of students in the employees assigned work area based on Board policy and administrative guidelines.

Discipline of Students. The Employer employer shall support and assist employees with respect to the maintenance of control and discipline of students in the employees employee's assigned work area based on Board policy area. The employer or its designated representative shall take reasonable steps to relieve the employee of responsibilities with respect to students who are disruptive or repeatedly violate rules and administrative guidelinesregulations.
