Discrimination Prohibition. SCHOOL and UCLA agree not to discriminate in the selection or acceptance of any Student pursuant to this Agreement because of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, age, veteran's status, medical condition (cancer-related) as defined in section 12926 of the California Government Code, ancestry, marital status, or citizenship, within the limits imposed by law or University policy.
