Dismissal Grievance. A claim by an employee who has completed her probationary period, that she has been unjustly discharged, shall be treated as a grievance if a written statement of such grievance is lodged at Step No. 2 of the Grievance Procedure within fourteen (14) calendar days after the employee ceases to work for the Gallery, and the first step of the Grievance Procedure will be omitted in any such case. The Gallery will provide a copy of notice of dismissal to the Union Chief Xxxxxxx at the same time as it is given to the employee.
