Exhibitor is not allowed to use glue, tape, nails, screws, clamps or similar instrument to affix material or objects on walls, floors or ceilings of the facility or exhibition walls. No decoration material or other object can be brought in or put up without hotel’s expressly granted prior permission. All decoration shall conform to the currently valid fire – protection regulations. b. IADC is to be informed of material which the client would like to bring onto the hotel’s property that is against Hotel Fire Safety rules or that and jeoparadize the hotel's usual standards of governing materials & conduct of exhibitors within the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to sign an extra contract with the Exhibitor. c. The hotel may charge client the cost of waste removal for any material left behind on the property of the hotel after the event.

Exhibiting companies using other suppliers must notify the Space Foundation and the Qwest Center Omaha and comply with all Strategic Space Symposium requirements, rules and regulations. Display regulations. No exhibit may block or interfere with a neighboring exhibit. Display ma- terial is limited to the height of 20´. To maintain adequate line-of-sight for neighboring booths, these restrictions apply. In-line and peninsula booths that exceed 8´ in height must provide an attractive covering for the backs of their displays. Exhibits or display materials in violation of these rules will be modified or removed at the exhibitor’s expense.

  • Export Regulations Licensee agrees and accepts that Software may be subject to import and export laws of any country, including those of the European Union and United States (specifically the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). Licensee acknowledges that it is not a citizen, national, or resident of, and is not under control of the governments of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria and is not otherwise a restricted end-user as defined by applicable export control laws. Further, Licensee acknowledges that it will not download or otherwise export or re-export Software or any related technical data directly or indirectly to the above-mentioned countries or to citizens, nationals, or residents of those countries, or to any other restricted end user or for any restricted end-use.

  • Tax Shelter Regulations The Borrower does not intend to treat the Loans and/or Letters of Credit and related transactions as being a “reportable transaction” (within the meaning of Treasury Regulation Section 1.6011-4). In the event the Borrower determines to take any action inconsistent with such intention, it will promptly notify the Administrative Agent thereof. If the Borrower so notifies the Administrative Agent, the Borrower acknowledges that one or more of the Lenders may treat its Loans and/or its interest in Swing Line Loans and/or Letters of Credit as part of a transaction that is subject to Treasury Regulation Section 301.6112-1, and such Lender or Lenders, as applicable, will maintain the lists and other records required by such Treasury Regulation.

  • Applicable Regulations If an issue relating to investments is covered both by this Agreement and by the national legislation of one Contracting Party or by international conventions, existing or to be subscribed to by the Parties in the future, the investors of the other Contracting Party shall be entitled to avail themselves of the provisions that are the most favourable to them.
