Space Restrictions. Where AFS has requested space reservation at an ACS premises or point and such reservation cannot be accommodated for technical reasons or because of space limitations, ACS shall take AFS’ projected collocation requirements into account when planning renovations of existing facilities or constructing or leasing new facilities in that premises or point.
Space Restrictions. Exhibits must be confined to the exact space allocated. Circulars, publications, advertising matter and all promotional giveaways may be distributed within booth spaces only. Signs, rails, etc., will not be permitted to intrude into or over aisles.
Space Restrictions. Aisles and other spaces in the Exhibition Center are not leased to the exhibitors. No booth is to extend into this space. All displays, interviews, lectures, demonstrations, or any other type of activity shall be conducted inside the contracted space.
Space Restrictions. All exhibits must be capable of standing by themselves, and no supporting wires from the ceiling will be permitted. Displays or other Manufacturer items cannot block another Exhibitor’s area or block any walkway, exit, doorway or elevator entrance. All Exhibitor materials (including drapes, curtains, decorations, tablecloths, etc.) and displays (woodwork, paneling, etc.) must be flame retardant or have a fire retardant coating. No flammable or combustible liquids, or other hazardous substances are permitted. The distribution of promotional materials is limited to the Exhibitor’s space and business as approved, and in Manufacturer displays, must represent the Manufacturer. Dealership materials, such as business cards, plate frames and giveaways may only be personally distributed by dealership staff working the show, and are not permitted on vehicles or tables for display. Partitions between Exhibitors or displays used as partitions may not block the visual site of another Exhibitor. Consistent walkways must be maintained throughout the show. In addition, the walkway must also be maintained from floor to ceiling. Exhibits cannot be placed in front of any glass doors, within 15 feet of stairs, or 15 feet of entrances, and cannot block any doorways, stairs, elevator entrances or fire exits. Additional carpeting can be used in Exhibitor areas, but must lay flat and not create a trip hazard.
Space Restrictions. NO walking around and selling of your product outside your designated booth is permitted. No product(s), storage of product(s) or displays of any kind may extend beyond your purchased area (including but not limited to space in front of, behind, or adjacent to your booth location). Failure to stay and keep your product within your allotted/purchased space will result in vendor being invoiced for a minimum of one additional 10x10 space (space fee will be at the most current rate) and MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM FESTIVAL. Failure for vendors in food court area to remain within allotted/ purchased space will result in removal from festival grounds. Vendors removed from festival due to non-compliance will not receive compensation SOUND RESTRICTIONS: The use of any sound devices must be approved prior to its use by TVBWFA. Upon approval Vendor agrees to maintain any sound from such equipment at a conversational level to avoid interference with neighboring vendors. TVBWFA has the sole discretion to determine if such sound level is too loud or objectionable, and if so determined, the Vendor will take such action as directed by TVBWFA.
