Disposition of Accumulated annual leave at termination of service or death—All annual leave should be used before the effective date of employ- ment termination, or a lump sum settlement shall be made at the current salary rate, but not to exceed a maximum of forty-five (45) days. In the event of an employee’s death, such amount shall be paid to the employee’s estate.

  • Notification of Accumulation Employees shall be given a written accounting of accumulated sick leave days no later than June 30 of each school year.

  • Termination of Account We may terminate your account at any time without notice to you or may require you to close your account and apply for a new account if: (1) there is a change in owners or authorized signers; (2) there has been a forgery or fraud reported or committed involving your account; (3) there is a dispute as to the ownership of the account or of the funds in the account; (4) any checks or drafts are lost or stolen; (5) there are excessive returned unpaid items not covered by an overdraft protection plan; (6) there has been any misrepresentation or any other abuse of any of your accounts; or (7) we reasonably deem it necessary to prevent a loss to us. You may terminate an individual account by giving written notice. We reserve the right to require the consent of all owners to terminate a joint account. We are not responsible for payment of any check, draft, withdrawal, transaction, or other item after your account is terminated; however, if we pay an item after termination, you agree to reimburse us.

  • Accumulated Sick Leave ‌ The Employer shall inform all employees at least once each year of the number of sick days accumulated and shall make the information available to an employee on request.

  • Cessation of Contributions The obligation of the employer to contribute to the Fund in respect of an employee shall cease on the last day of such employee's employment with the employer.

  • Accumulation of Annual Leave A. During the first three (3) years of employment, a regular or limited term employee shall earn approximately five (5) hours and fifty-one (51) minutes of annual leave during each eighty (80) hour pay period (approximately one hundred fifty-two [152] hours per year), or a prorated amount for any pay period in which the employee is paid for less than eighty (80) hours.
