Salary allowance. Unit members granted sabbatical leave shall receive one half (½) their regular salary during the specified period of leave if they agree to return to MCPS for a two year period immediately following the period of leave, and 60 percent of their salary if they agree to return to MCPS for a period of three years immediately following the period of leave. Salary allowance. There shall be a one (1) time salary allowance payable to Teachers (pro-rated for Teachers who are in part-time assignments for the 1999-2000 school year or who work part of that school year) of four hundred dollars ($400.00) gross. This allowance will be payable to active Teachers (i.e. those in receipt of salary or sick leave pay under Article 14 and those on pregnancy or parental leave). Such allowance shall be payable on 1999 September 03 to those Teachers in receipt of salary on that date and any other Teacher upon the commencement of salary during the 1999-2000 school year.   • Multi-Storey Allowance (a) In addition to the wage rates and site allowances provided in this Agreement, Multi-Storey Allowance will be applicable in accordance with clause 23.3 of the Award.
