The Service may not be used to access or interfere with computer networking or telecommunications services of any customer, host or network, including, without limitation, denial of service attacks, flooding of a network, overloading a service, improper seizing and abuse of operator privileges and attempts to “crash” a host. The transmission or dissemination of any information or software that contains a virus or other harmful feature is also prohibited. You are solely responsible for the security of any device that you choose to connect to the Service, including any data stored on that device. We reserve the right to impose transfer-limits on customers who regularly use the Service in an excessive fashion where such usage disrupts the service of other customers. The Service is intended to be used for personal non-commercial purposes. You shall not make the Service available to any third party by any means. It is your responsibility to secure your own computer and systems so that third parties cannot gain access to the Service and use resources without your specific knowledge. INAPPROPRIATE USE There may be content on the Internet or otherwise available through the Service which may be offensive to some individuals or may not be in compliance with all local laws, regulations and other rules. For example, it is possible to obtain access to content that is pornographic or offensive, particularly for children. We assume no responsibility for the content contained on the Internet or otherwise available through the Service. You assume the risk of accessing content through the Service, and we, nor any of our employees, agents or suppliers, shall have any liability for any claims, losses, actions, damages, suits or proceedings arising out of or otherwise relating to access to such content. A device that falls within this provision is one that is competing on the same radio frequency as 4Wireless (either 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz) and is preventing another customer from receiving a good quality 4Wireless service. ASK4 shall be the sole arbiter of any disputes arising under the provisions of this paragraph. ASK4 reserve the right to impose transfer-limits on customers who regularly use the Service in an excessive fashion where such usage disrupts the service of other customers. The Service is intended to be used for personal non-commercial purposes only within a single dwelling and on a single computer (save where the particular Service package the Customer subscribes to provides for access by multiple machines within a single dwelling). You shall not make the Service available to any third party by any means, and in particular but without prejudice to the generality thereof, by using any form of wireless access system, (but this provision shall not apply to anyone having a legitimate right to use 4Wireless). It is your responsibility to secure your own computer and systems so that third parties cannot gain access to the Service and use resources without your specific knowledge.

DISRUPTION TO THE SERVICE. 3.3 If the Contractor is unable to clean any area within a Site through reasons beyond his control (such as but not limited to power failure or special events), then he shall inform the Contract Manager of his failure to enter the area or building affected. The Contractor shall return to the Site to clean the affected area at the earliest opportunity provided this is within the cycle period. If the Contractor is unable to return to the affected area within the cycle period, then payment will be withdrawn for the area affected at the appropriate rate. The Contract Manager shall deduct monies for Sites not cleaned. Where on occasion a room within a Site is occupied, unless directed otherwise, it will be cleaned after it has been vacated. Where the room is still occupied when all other cleaning duties for the Site have been completed, the daily cleaning duties for that room that day will not be carried out, and any other cleaning duties intended for that room for that day will be rescheduled within the cycle period.

  • Access to the Service 2.1. The Service is accessed either from a web browser (Microsoft IE 6.0 or above) or directly by utilising the Web Service interface. If accessing via the internet, the URL is as directed by your GBG Account Manager.

  • Changes to the Service We reserve the right to terminate, modify, add and remove features from the Service at any time in our sole discretion. You may reject changes by discontinuing use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to such changes. Maintenance to the Service may be performed from time-to-time resulting in interrupted service, delays or errors in the Service and we shall have no liability for any such interruptions, delays or errors.

  • Access to the Services ID’s for access to Vendor Core Research and Analyst Inquiry may not be shared. Access to the Services is restricted to the number of named individuals (each a “Licensed User”) as identified in the Customer Purchase Order.

  • Changes to the Services We provide Services in a multi- user environment and must therefore reserve the right to modify and discontinue Services. We may modify a Service at any time without degrading its functionality or security features For current subscriptions, we may degrade the functionality of a Service or discontinue a Service only in case of (i) legal requirements; (ii) changes in the Services imposed by Siemens’ subcontractors; (iii) the termination of our relationship with a provider of software and/or services used by us which are material for the provision of such Service; (iv) lack of customer acceptance; and/or (v) security risks. We will notify you of any material degradation of functionality or the discontinuation of a Service and the effective date at least 80 days prior to such change, and you may terminate the modified Service 30 days prior to the change effective date. In the event of such termination or discontinuation of a Service, we will refund any prepaid amounts for the applicable Service on a pro-rata basis for the remaining Subscription Term. We do not maintain prior versions of a Service.

  • Termination of the Services You may, by written request, terminate the Services provided for in this Agreement. We may terminate your use of the Services at any time. In the event of termination of the Services, you will remain liable for all transactions performed on your account.

  • Suspension of the Services The Services may be suspended (meaning the Child is temporarily not able to attend the nursery) in the circumstances set out in our Critical Incident Policy or in the circumstances set out in clause 19. If the Services are suspended for a period of more than one month, either of us may terminate the contract by giving the other one month’s written notice.

  • CONTRACTOR’S RELATION TO THE STATE In the performance of this Agreement the Contractor is in all respects an independent contractor, and is neither an agent nor an employee of the State. Neither the Contractor nor any of its officers, employees, agents or members shall have authority to bind the State or receive any benefits, workers’ compensation or other emoluments provided by the State to its employees.

  • Providing the Services 3.1 The Services the Barrister is to supply in relation to the Case will be described in the Instructions and as may subsequently be agreed between the Barrister and the Solicitor.

  • Suspension of the Service We may suspend the Service prior to terminated the Service

  • B1 The Services B1.1 The Contractor shall supply the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as set out in the Specification and the provisions of the Contract in consideration of the payment of the Contract Price.
