Disruptive Behavior - Non-School. For any vandalism, assault, assault and battery to the property or person of any employee of U.S.D. 450 occurring during a period of time when such employee is not engaged in an assigned duty with U.S.D. 450, it shall be the sole responsibility of such employee to take whatever appropriate remedial action that said employee considers to be necessary. Any such action taken by the employee shall not affect the employment of said employee with U. S.D. 450 or in any manner prejudice such employee’s rights as an employee of U.S.D. 450.
