Distance contract an agreement to be concluded within the framework of an organized system for distance selling of goods, digital content and / or services, up to and including the conclusion of the contract is made use of one or more ways of communication between the trader and the customer.
Distance contract. The Loan Agreement will be a distance contract, and the offer, acceptance and, therefore,, the execution of the Agreement shall be recorded by means of any instrument that would allow the Loan Applicant to store any information addressed to him, so that this information can be easily retrieved during a period of time suitable for the purposes for which the information is intended, and that allows for unmodified reproduction of the stored information.
Distance contract. Article 1. With this contract, the Seller sells, and the Buyer buys the goods / service / works in accordance with the attached invoice (hereinafter: the goods). The Seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the Buyer so that the Buyer becomes the owner, and the Buyer undertakes to pay the price for that and take over the goods.   • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Shift Premium Full-Time and Part-Time Employees shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for all hours worked where the majority of their scheduled hours fall between 1500 and 0700 hours.

  • Shift Premiums (a) Evening/Night Premium Employees working an evening or night shift where the major portion of hours worked fall within the hours of 1500 and 0800 hours, shall be paid at their regular hourly rate plus a shift premium of $2.10 ($2.75 effective July 1, 2015) per hour for all hours worked.

  • Night Shift Premium Any employee who is required to work on any day when the majority of their working hours fall between 10.00 p.m. and 5.00 a.m., or who starts their shift prior to 5.00 a.m., shall be paid a premium, in addition to their regular, hourly rate, of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for all hours worked on the shift. Shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee’s hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime. This clause shall not result in duplication of premiums.

  • CONTRACT COMPLETE This Contract represents the complete agreement between the parties. No other understanding regarding this Contract, whether written or oral, may be used to bind either party. For any conflict between the attached Proposal and the terms set out in Articles 1-22 of this Contract, the terms of Articles 1-22 will govern.
