Distance contract a contract concluded by the Entrepreneur and the Consumer within the scope of an organised system for distance selling products, digital content and/or services, whereby exclusive or additional use is made of one or more technologies of distance communication up to the conclusion of the contract;

Distance contract. The Loan Agreement will be a distance contract, and the offer, acceptance and, therefore,, the execution of the Agreement shall be recorded by means of any instrument that would allow the Loan Applicant to store any information addressed to him, so that this information can be easily retrieved during a period of time suitable for the purposes for which the information is intended, and that allows for unmodified reproduction of the stored information.
Distance contract. Article 1. With this contract, the Seller sells, and the Buyer buys the goods / service / works in accordance with the attached invoice (hereinafter: the goods).
