A family emergency leave must be a minimum of four (4) weeks and shall be no more than eight (8) weeks. An employee may make a special request for an extension of up to four (4) weeks. An employee's request for an emergency leave will be granted at the Company's discretion and subject to the Company's operational needs. Limits may be placed, at the Company's discretion, on the number of employees in any one department able to take a family emergency leave during any period of time. Permission will not be unreasonably withheld. The Company may require employees taking a family emergency leave to provide medical, or other reasonable, evidence of the need for such a leave. An employee who has been advanced pay under this letter and who has not completed the repayment of that money before ceasing employment (for whatever reason) will still be required to repay the full amount owing to the Company. The employee will sign a direction and authorization to such effect upon the commencement, and as a condition, of such leave.

(3) If an applicant is in poor health, has physical or mental disabilities that require a wheelchair or any other devices, has food or animal allergies, is pregnant or has the possibility of being pregnant, has an assistance dog (guide dog, hearing dog, service dog) or any other specific arrangements that are required, notify the Company at the time of application (if these situations happen after the conclusion of a Travel Contract, please notify the Company as soon as possible). Please notify the Company for specific requirements that are needed during travel, and the Company will make contact for arrangements to be made.
(4) For any arrangements with regards to the previous Item, the Company will put their best effort within reason to arrange accordingly. In order to do so, the customer will be asked to describe the situations necessary for these arrangements and for the Company to request as such to the transportation and/or accommodations facilities, it may be required to have the requests made in writing.
(5) To operate a safe and smooth travel, the Company may require the accompaniment of a support person or travel companion, submission of a doctor’s note, and/or changing parts of the tour. If the Company is unable to make the necessary arrangement requested, the Travel Contract application may be denied or cancelled. Any arrangements that are especially made based on the requests made will fundamentally be paid by the customer.
(6) It is a general rule that the customer cannot deviate from the itinerary and act separately. However, depending on the tour it is possible to accommodate under separate conditions. In this case, when the traveler is granted to act separately from the itinerary, whether they intend to come back to the itinerary must be notified to the tour conductor or staff.
(7) If the travel may give trouble to other Travelers and/or disturb the smooth conduct of group activities, the Company may deny the application.

2: For participation in travel with specified conditions, the Company reserves the right to refuse application if the customer’s gender, age, qualifications, or other conditions do not match the conditions specified by the Company.
3: For customers with impaired health, customers who use wheelchairs and other such equipment and those with mental and physical disabilities, customers with food and animal allergies, customers who are pregnant or who may be pregnant, disabled customers who are accompanied by helper dogs (guide dogs, hearing dogs, assisting dogs), and customers who are in need of other special considerations, please inform us of these special considerations when applying. 4: For applications with special considerations as defined in the previous Item, the Company will respond within a possible and reasonable range. Based on the customer’s request, in principle the expenses required for special considerations to be taken by the Company for the customer shall be borne by the customer.
5: For safe and smooth travel, the Company may set as a condition that the customer shall be accompanied by a caretaker or companion, or submit medical certificates from a physician. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel the application if the Company cannot provide the requested measures.
6: The Company reserves the right to refuse the application if the customer may cause inconvenience to other customers, if the Company determines that there is the possibility of hindering the smooth implementation of a group travel, if it is found that the customer is an organized crime group member, a member affiliated with organized crime groups, or a member of other antisocial forces, if the customer conducts any violent or improper request or engages in threatening behavior or violence against the Company, if the customer spreads rumors, causes harm to the Company’s credibility through deception and influence, or conducts acts that interfere with business.
7: The Company also reserves the right to refuse the application based on the Company’s business circumstances.

(Schedule 2). • If the Hirer fails to adhere to the above, then on the expiry of 7 days (or a notice taking immediate effect where the Safety Certificates have not been produced) after notice has been served upon the Hirer specifying the breach, the Council may cancel this Agreement without liability for any losses sustained by the Hirer as a consequence.
