Distant Location Conditions of Employment. The Producer will endeavor to determine the qualified persons in the locality of any of its location sites within the United States and Canada who are available to meet the employment requirements of the Producer for such location in the job classifications covered hereunder. Such persons are not subject to this Agreement. In the event that such available qualified persons are insufficient to meet Producer’s employment requirements at such site in such job classifications, then such additional persons as may be necessary to fill such described employment requirements of Producer shall be employed in and taken from the County of Los Angeles, California, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
