Developer Software definition

Developer Software means any software applications, programs, add-ons, extensions, plug-ins, and other technologies you develop with or using the Developer Tools (except for Prerelease Developer Tools) and that are intended to access, function or interoperate with, or add features or functionality to Adobe Software or Adobe Services.
Developer Software means: (i) software application programs created by the Developer that are designed to operate in combination with the Blackboard Learn™ software that is provided pursuant to the Agreement; and (ii) all documentation for these software application programs; provided that: (a) the software application programs and documentation are authored or created by Developer or on Developer's behalf and that such software programs do not contain intellectual property from the Blackboard Software, and (b) the software application programs do not incorporate any part of the Blackboard Software, other than the connectors into the APIs of the Blackboard Software; or (c) such software applications programs and documentation do not otherwise constitute a Derivative Work of the Blackboard Software.
Developer Software means Developer's application object code and data (including audio and video material) developed by Developer in accordance with this Agreement, which, when linked to any software provided by Sony, create Executable Software. All Developer Software shall be educational in nature.

  • We may require you to distribute approved Developer Software through Adobe Exchange or other channels approved by us.

  • Your Developer Software is subject to US and international laws, restrictions, and regulations that may govern its import, export, and use.

  • Except as expressly permitted by us, you must create an Adobe ID and online developer account profile to obtain and use the Developer Tools and create Developer Software.

  • You must not cache or store any Adobe Stock Works or other data obtained via the Adobe Stock SDKs or APIs beyond a reasonable time, and no longer than as necessary to operate the Developer Software.

  • You may terminate your use of the Developer Tools or your access to Adobe Services or Adobe Software through your Developer Software at any time.


More Definitions of Developer Software

Developer Software means the source code and object code version of Developer’s proprietary software tools and applications described in Exhibit B which are provided by Developer to Cisco, including any Updates thereto.
Developer Software means all software existing and owned or licensed by Evolution at the time this Agreement is executed, except for software developed or obtained specifically in connection with the Client's Web site, and which is employed by Evolution in connection with Client's Web site. Developer Software means all software owned by Developer that is deployed by Developer in connection with the Web Site.
