Developer Software definition

Developer Software means any software applications, programs, add-ons, extensions, plug-ins, and other technologies you develop with or using the Developer Tools (except for Prerelease Developer Tools) and that are intended to access, function or interoperate with, or add features or functionality to Adobe Software or Adobe Services.

Developer Software means: (i) software application programs created by the Developer that are designed to operate in combination with the Blackboard Learn™ software that is provided pursuant to the Agreement; and (ii) all documentation for these software application programs; provided that: (a) the software application programs and documentation are authored or created by Developer or on Developer's behalf and that such software programs do not contain intellectual property from the Blackboard Software, and (b) the software application programs do not incorporate any part of the Blackboard Software, other than the connectors into the APIs of the Blackboard Software; or (c) such software applications programs and documentation do not otherwise constitute a Derivative Work of the Blackboard Software.

Developer Software means Developer's application object code and data (including audio and video material) developed by Developer in accordance with this Agreement, which, when linked to any software provided by Sony, create Executable Software. All Developer Software shall be educational in nature.

Examples of Developer Software in a sentence

• Your Developer Software must clearly and conspicuously display attribution to Adobe Stock in the following format “Powered by Adobe Stock” hyperlinked to xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxx.xxx (or successor URL) and visible to End Users of your Developer Software; and you must place the following disclaimer on the Developer Software: “This product uses the Adobe Stock [SDK and/or API], but is not certified, endorsed or sponsored by Adobe.

• We may develop, acquire, license, maintain, or distribute technologies or products, now or in the future, that have design or functionality similar to or competitive with your Developer Software and nothing in these Terms limits our right to do so.

• Except as expressly permitted by us, you may not create Developer Software that (A) removes or otherwise obscures any Adobe “About” or “Info” screens or pages in any Adobe Services or Adobe Software; or (B) degrades, adversely affects, or otherwise negatively interferes with the functionality or appearance of any Adobe Services or Adobe Software.

• You must not cache or store any Adobe Stock Works or other data obtained via the Adobe Stock SDKs or APIs beyond a reasonable time, and no longer than as necessary to operate the Developer Software.

• You must pay, and we are not responsible for payment of, any applicable taxes and third-party fees (such as telephone toll charges, mobile carrier fees, ISP charges, data plan charges, credit card fees, or foreign exchange fees) incurred in connection with the licensing of your Developer Software through Adobe Exchange or other channels approved by us.

More Definitions of Developer Software

Developer Software means the source code and object code version of Developer’s proprietary software tools and applications described in Exhibit B which are provided by Developer to Cisco, including any Updates thereto.

Developer Software means software (computer program, software library etc.), computer application or other software‐related product You developed, in which the Software Library is incorporated or to which it is attached (linkage). The incorporation or attachment shall be understood as a logical operation to ensure function of the Developer Software other than replicating the Software Library;

Developer Software means all software existing and owned or licensed by Evolution at the time this Agreement is executed, except for software developed or obtained specifically in connection with the Client's Web site, and which is employed by Evolution in connection with Client's Web site. Evolution shall retain all rights to use the Developer Software as well as any general-purpose algorithms, know-how, development techniques, utility routines, computing discoveries and concepts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Evolution grants to Client a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (or, in the case of third-party software, sublicense) for Client or its agents or assigns to use, modify, copy, transfer and maintain the Developer Software in conjunction with the operation, maintenance, and updating of the Client Site.

Developer Software means all software owned by Developer that is deployed by Developer in connection with the Web Site.

Developer Software means the software licensed to a Group Company under the Developer Software Licences;

Developer Software means software or code created by you that communicates with the TEG Software.

Developer Software means any software applications, programs, add-ons, extensions, plug-ins and other technologies you develop with or using an SDK or API and that are intended to access, function or interoperate with the Services and Software, or that you develop to add features or functionality to the Services, Software or other Adobe products or services.
