Each participating municipality shall be allocated a portion of all county dollars, including the Library MSTU, to the extent that it is demonstrated that the Cooperative’s library system benefits and is used by residents of the unincorporated area of Polk County, based on this formula: [10% of the municipality's current library budget (excluding capital as defined herein) + (remaining funds for distribution X its library's % of circulation (as compared to the entire Cooperative's circulation) for the most recent fiscal year)] Any publicly owned and operated library open at least 40 hours a week will receive at least $25,000. The minimum funding level has the opportunity to be increased upon recommendation by the Governing Board and with a unanimous approval vote of the Governing board. Distribution Formula. “The residuals payable under Section D. hereof shall be remitted by the Company to the Guild on a quarterly basis according to the provisions of Article 51.C.6. For a covered dramatic program of a type generally produced for prime time network television which is produced principally for pay television, Ssaid monies shall be distributed by the Guild to the writer(s) entitled to share in such residuals in accordance with the method set forth in Article 51.C.5., except that the proportional distribution shall be in the ratio of two (2) for the teleplay to one (1) for the story. For a covered comedy-variety program, said monies shall be distributed by the Guild to the writer(s) entitled to share in such residuals in accordance with the method set forth in Appendix A, Article 15.B.1.c.(2) and (3), except that the reference to ‘rerun and foreign telecast’ shall be deleted from the first sentence of Appendix A, Article 15.B.1.c.(2) and ‘exhibition year’ shall replace the references to ‘applicable rerun or foreign telecast’ in the last sentence of Appendix A, Article 15.B.1.c.(2).”
Distribution Formula. The Distribution Formula may be amended, revised or updated from time to time by the PTOs with ratification by the Limited Partners by Special Resolution pursuant to the Partnership Agreement, or by the Partnership by an Extraordinary Resolution of the Limited Partners pursuant to the Partnership Agreement.

Pursuant to a point formula recommended by Class Counsel and ordered by the Court, and in an effort to promote both fairness and efficiency, each Claim Form will be awarded points after review and after any necessary verification. If any Class Member who receives an award hereunder breaches the confidentiality provisions of this paragraph, Nike will retain all rights to pursue its enforcement remedies pursuant to Section XVI.

Distribution Formula. In an effort to promote both fairness and efficiency, Class Counsel has proposed a Claim Form Formula, filed under seal as Exhibit D, to be applied to each Claim Form. If the Court approves the Claim Form Formula, each Claim Form will be awarded points after review and after any necessary verification. The Claim Reviewer may in his/her discretion verify certain information provided on the Claim Form with information provided by Class Counsel and Comcast.
Distribution Formula. In an effort to promote both fairness and efficiency, Class Counsel will propose a Distribution Formula, which shall be shared with the Court and the Board. Class Counsel shall file the proposed Distribution Formula under seal in conjunction with the Motion for Final Approval, and seek approval by the Court to use the Distribution Formula in making awards. If the Court approves the Distribution Formula, each Claim Form will be awarded points by Class Counsel upon their review and any necessary verification. Each Settlement Class Member entitled to a distribution from the Settlement Fund shall receive a payment from the Settlement Fund in accordance with the following formula: for amounts collected by Capital One prior to and including the date this Settlement Agreement is executed (Monetary Relief Subclass Member’s Amounts in Excess of the Original Principal Balance from Any Source for the Automobile Loan Account divided by the sum of Amounts in Excess of the Original Principal Balance from Any Source on all Monetary Relief Subclass Members’ Automobile Loan Accounts) multiplied by the (Settlement Fund minus approved attorney’s fees and cost). Each Settlement Class Member entitled to a distribution from the Settlement Fund and from who Capital One collected payments between the date on which this Settlement Agreement is fully executed through the date that is two weeks prior to the Final Approval hearing shall receive a payment from the Settlement Fund in accordance the following formula: (amount collected by Capital One from the Settlement Class Member after this Settlement Agreement’s date of execution through the date that is two weeks prior to the Final Approval hearing divided by the sum of all payments collected by Capital One from all Settlement Class Members after this Settlement Agreement’s date of execution through the date that is two weeks prior to the Final Approval hearing) multiplied by (the sum of all payments collected by Capital One from all Settlement Class Members after this Settlement Agreement’s date of execution through the date that is two weeks prior to the Final Approval hearing minus approved attorney’s fees and costs).
Distribution Formula. Any funds appropriated to the commissioner for the purpose of distribution to counties under this section must be distributed each fiscal year by the commissioner based on population, except a county may not receive less than $55,000 in a fiscal year. If the amount available for distribution under this section is less or more than the amount available in fiscal year 2001, the minimum county payment under this section is reduced or increased proportionately. For purposes of this subdivision, "population" has the definition given in section 477A.011, subdivision 3. A county that participates in a multicounty district that manages solid waste and that has responsibility for recycling programs as authorized in section 115A.552, must pass through to the districts funds received by the county in excess of the minimum county payment under this section in proportion to the population of the county served by that district.
