Section 7.6.3. 29 Bus driver overtime payment shall be at the overtime rate applied to the appropriate hourly pay, 30 in effect at the time overtime is incurred: eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week.
Section 7.6.3. 20 Persons employed twelve (12) months who report for work and are sent home, or who are notified 22 up the time.
Section 7.6.3. 33 All drivers subject to this agreement shall be paid a minimum of three and one half (3.5) hours 34 daily, which includes a twenty-five (25) minute a.m. pre-trip and a twenty (20) minute post-trip 35 inspection. Pre- and post-trip paid time includes bus inspection, the driver responding to email, 36 checking weather reports, addressing student/parent complaints, or student issues as required. 37
Section 7.6.3. 15 All drivers subject to this agreement shall be paid a minimum of three and one fourth (3¼) 16 hours daily, which includes a fifteen (15) minute a.m. pre-trip inspection and a fifteen (15) 17 minute p.m. pre-trip inspection. Exception: Summer School routes will be paid for hours 18 worked with a one (1) hour guarantee.
Section 7.6.3. 38 All bus drivers, who hold a newly acquired, first time CDL and who have driven less than fifty 39 (50) hours shall be restricted to driving within the Snoqualmie Valley School District. 40
Section 7.6.3. 36 New drivers shall not be eligible for assignment to extra trips unless they have met the sixty
Section 7.6.3. 31 No employee may work overtime without the prior approval of their supervisor. For all hours 32 worked in excess of forty (40) per week, an employee shall be compensated at the overtime rate 33 of one and one-half (1 ½) times the regular hourly rate.
Section 7.6.3. 40 All hours worked on Sunday, in excess of the employee’s normal workweek, as defined herein, 41 shall be compensated at the rate of twice the employee’s base pay; provided, however, this 42 Section shall not apply to bus drivers.
Section 7.6.3. 2 Persons employed twelve (12) months who report for work and are sent home, or who are 3 notified through the media and/or the school administration that the District is closed, will not 4 have to make up the time.
Section 7.6.3. 11 The employee shall be returned to the same position occupied before taking childrearing leave 12 or sick leave for maternity purposes and will be entitled to returned to the same position held 13 prior to taking such a leave, absent a reduction in force situation. Employees on such a leave 14 when a reduction in force situation occurs, shall be treated as an active employee pursuant to 15 Article X for retention purposes.
