Distribution of Days from the Sick Leave Bank. 1. When a bargaining unit member’s request is approved, the days shall be granted up to a maximum of thirty (30) days per school year. These days shall be deposited into the employee’s sick leave account. All unused days shall be returned to the Sick Leave Bank.
