Distribution of Master Agreement. The District shall publish to the website the Master Agreement within thirty (30) days of the date of ratification by both the teachers and the Board. If the Master Agreement is professionally printed, the cost shall be shared equally by the parties. All newly hired teachers will be given a copy of the contract.

Distribution of Master Agreement. This Master Agreement shall be posted on the Colby Community College website (xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx) not later than the first contract day of each school year. In the event that ratification by the parties has not occurred by the first contract day of the school year, the Master Agreement shall be posted on the college web site within ten (10) calendar days after the Board has received notice that a successor agreement has been ratified. Copies of the Master Agreement will also be available for distribution. The president of the Alliance will be given a copy of each successor Master Agreement for use by the Alliance in its duties as the certified agent representing the members of the negotiating unit. This copy will be delivered at the same time or before distribution to the members of the negotiating unit.
