Distribution of Policies and Procedures. Copies of the District’s Hiring Policies and Procedures and Staff Diversity/Affirmative Action Policy and Plan shall be supplied by the District to faculty members upon request.
Distribution of Policies and Procedures. Within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving OCR’s approval and annually thereafter, DCF shall distribute the policies and procedures referenced in Section L of this Agreement to all DCF Personnel and Advisory Committee members of the FCCDHH. Within ninety (90) calendar days of receiving OCR’s approval, DCF shall distribute the same to DCF Contract Agencies and organizations that advocate on behalf of deaf or hard- of-hearing persons in Florida.

Within 60 days of HHS’ approval of the Policies and Procedures in section VI.A. or HHS’ approval of any revised Policies and Procedures pursuant to paragraph VI.A.4., MEEI shall distribute such Policies and Procedures to all members of the workforce who have access to ePHI. MEEI shall distribute the Policies and Procedures to new members of the workforce within 15 days of the workforce members beginning service.

NHHD shall distribute the policies and procedures identified in section V.A. and V.B. to all members of the NHHD’s workforce who use or disclose electronically protected health information (ePHI) within thirty (30) days of HHS approval of such policies and procedures, and thereafter to new members of the workforce who will use or disclose ePHI within thirty (30) days of their becoming a member of the workforce.

CH shall distribute the policies and procedures identified in section V.D.1. to all members of the workforce who have access to PHI at the time of the training required by section V.G and to new workforce members who have access to PHI within thirty (30) days of their beginning of service.
