DISTRICT ASSISTANCE. For those teachers who recognize that they have a problem, assistance through the District's teacher assistance program/ personnel office is available. This contact will be considered confidential in nature.
DISTRICT ASSISTANCE. The district’s moving crew shall provide assistance as needed in moving heavy equipment and furniture.
DISTRICT ASSISTANCE. District agrees to provide reasonable time, resources, and assistance to Scale in Scale’s provision of the Scale Services, including without limitation, (i) providing Scale access to District’s historical energy and site data including available engineering studies and drawings; (ii) granting Scale’s credit team access to District’s financial information and personnel as reasonably needed to underwrite District’s credit (except to the extent publicly available), and (iii) working with Scale to obtain all local and federal licenses, certifications, filings, permits, grants, as well as any other approvals with or from any government authority, including environmental, construction, and operating permits and any agreement, utility connection permits, consents or approvals from or with any other person that is required by applicable law or that is otherwise necessary under any Project Agreement (as defined hereinafter) for the performance of the Parties (altogether, the “Approvals”). District acknowledges that the project schedules provided in Exhibit A are estimates only and may be modified based on any delays caused by District or the authorities responsible for the Approvals.
