The employer and the Association agree that there shall be a district "Health and Safety Committee" which will assist in creating a safe place of work, shall recommend actions and procedures that will improve the effectiveness of the district's Health and Safety Program and shall promote compliance with the Workers' Compensation Act and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
