Document Manager. The Document Manager module allows: • the deposit and the conservation by Customer of PeopleDoc Platform Documents on the PeopleDoc Platform during the Agreement Term, • the upload of the PeopleDoc Platform Documents, • unlimited access to view and to download PeopleDoc Platform Documents archived by the HR Users authorized by Customer depending on the selected setup during the Agreement Term, and certain PeopleDoc Platform Documents may be accessible to Beneficiaries, • PeopleDoc Platform Documents to be distributed electronically from PeopleDoc Platform to Beneficiaries directly in MyPeopleDoc, • PeopleDoc Platform Documents to be shared by the HR Users authorized by Customer according to the options offered by PeopleDoc. As Data Controller, Customer is responsible for determining the retention period of Documents stored on “Document Manager”. This retention period will be determined during the launch phase.

The Document Manager ensures a high level of quality in Deliverable Development and is the State’s primary point of contact as it relates to all Contractor Deliverables. # Requirement 1540 The Document Manager shall have a minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last seven (7) years authoring, editing, and formatting quality-focused technical and project management documentation, deliverables, and other project artifacts (i.e. organization charts, flow charts, graphic charts, presentation material, etc.) for information technology projects each valued over one million dollars ($1 million) or higher. 1541 The Document Manager shall have a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last seven (7) years using Microsoft Office 2007 or later version.

This service provides the school/district or library with flexibility by offering in-person training or via webinar. Our training platforms range from beginner's level content to specific, customized topics that are important to the applicant. Our team will provide the applicant an opportunity to discover best practices for effectively participating in the E-Rate program. • Program Compliance Analysis- an internal evaluation that provides an extensive review of all documents and processes involving E-Rate at your school/district or library. This service provides an expert team member's assessment of your total E-Rate process and culminates into a formal report to include comments and recommendations. • Appeal and Waiver support- assists applicants in recovering any applications that may have been rejected by USAC in error. Our support covers all the research necessary to determine the facts of the situation, gathering all necessary documentation, and then we will return the paperwork back to the district to submit the appeal request to the proper authorities- whether it be USAC or the FCC. • Technology Plan development - provides the means to advance and update district technology plans in a timely and comprehensive manner.   • Document Management The Contractor must retain sufficient documentation to substantiate claims for payment under the Contract and all other records, electronic files, papers, and documents that were made in relation to this Contract.
