Document Preparation Services. The FIRM will advise and assist the City in the preparation of plans and specifications, procurement and other documents with conditions and provisions as may be required by the FDEP to develop the GMP for the Project and obtain a construction loan. The FIRM will assist the City in obtaining appropriate wage rates and related documents for compliance with the federal Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act, Buy American Iron and Steel provision, and other compliance requirements for inclusion in the documents. The FIRM will coordinate with the City to assist in gaining approval of the permittable set of plans, specifications, contract documents, and supporting documents by the FDEP so that the project is ready for construction. The FIRM will review the plans and specification are consistent with the approved Facilities Plan recommendations and environmental mitigation as recommended in the Department’s environmental information review. FIRM will review and supplement the City’s procurement front end documents including Supplemental Conditions, templates and forms, etc. for bidding to meet SRF requirements. The FIRM will review that Xxxxx-Xxxxx wage rate requirements and Minority and Women’s Business Enterprise (W/MBE) requirements are included per SRF requirements. The FIRM will review that bid evaluation form including bid item additives, deducts and contract awards are clearly specified. The FIRM will review that the Cost and Effectiveness Certification and Water/Energy Conservation Certification are also included. The FIRM will submit the plans and specifications to FDEP for approval.

Document Preparation Services. We prepare all documents for you and provide you with a copy. All documents are stored for a period of two years. Construction Documents: Common Services: Prelims: $27+ fees Liens/Releases: $117 Stop Notice: $165 Notice of Completion: $117 Contracts: $65 Small Claims $165 Project Billing/tracking $25 Business Consultation: $75 per hour with a two hour minimum. *The following statement is valid only if you elect to purchase BC or Accounting Credits. I hereby agree to prepay (retain services) for services at the stated hourly rate based on 8 hours of labor for $600. I understand that credits pre-paid are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months. Payment can be made by Check or Credit Card. Collections: Only BN provides collection services as part of a document preparation service. It is hereby agreed that if needed you are willing to take all the necessary steps described in the collections letter, which includes: Skip Tracing, Xxxxxx’s, Mechanics Liens, Small Claims Court, and/or Claims against the Contractors License and/or bond. CC&R is a licensed Collections Agency, however we do not purchase debt, our only objective is to open the channel of communications between creditor and debtor to arrange payment in full, or a payment plan that is acceptable to the creditor. We claim no fault for uncollected debt, and have no written guarantee. The following prices are for debt under $5,000, all debt over this dollar amount will have negotiated terms.   • Ongoing Services It is important to review every investment you hold and at regular intervals. At the time of, or prior to, our recommendation to you we will discuss our on-going service proposition. This is confirmed in our ‘service proposition and engagement’ document which will be sent to you separately from this agreement.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that: a. The member receives the services and supports authorized, arranged for and coordinated by the IDT staff; b. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.

  • Consultation Services The company hereby employs the consultant to perform the following services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement: The consultant will consult with the officers and employees of the company concerning matters relating to the management and organization of the company, their financial policies, the terms and conditions of employment, and generally any matter arising out of the business affairs of the company.
