Document Presentation. As required by many customs authorities, Nikkyo prepares all necessary documents needed for our vehicles import. These documents are released to the customer after Nikkyo receives the 'final' payment. The following is a list of all documents Nikkyo will supply to its customers. • Proforma Invoice (confirmation invoice) This is the initial invoice customers receive after they make the order online. • Original Invoice This is the final invoice received after all payments have been made. • Xxxx of Lading This document is published by the shipping companies in Japan. Nikkyo will honor requests for changes made to this. Changes are subjected to 10,000 YEN per xxxx. • Marine Insurance Certificate This document is only included if the customer selects CIF as the deal term. • Original Japanese Registration & Registration Cancellation Certificate • English Translated Registration & Registration Cancellation Certificate Depending on each customer's home port, Nikkyo will provide additional needed documentation. Nikkyo is aware of 'third party' certificates such as JAAI, SGS etc. It is the customer's responsiblity to pay necessary charges for these additional documents. Nikkyo will automatically invoice these fees. Nikkyo will also honor requests for any other documents that may be necessary.
Document Presentation. Furnish paper copies and digital copies of the CICC in the number and format specified in Exhibit A, Scope of Work and present and review the CICC in person with the City as the City’s Representative shall direct. The cost of document reproduction shall be considered to be a reimbursable expense and paid in accordance with Section V(C) of this Agreement.

  • Representations and Certifications The CNA shall assist the AbilityOne participating NPAs in the information gathering and filing of the NPAs’ Annual Representations and Certifications (AR&C) in accordance with 41 CFR §§ 51-3.2 and 3.6.

  • UNION REPRESENTATION 5.01 The Local Union may appoint or otherwise select a bargaining committee which shall be composed of not more than seven (7) employees one of whom will be designated as an alternate, and one of whom shall be employed in maintenance. Such committee, together with representatives of the Union shall represent the Union in all negotiations with representatives of the Board for a renewal of this Agreement. The local union shall notify the Board in writing of the names of its bargaining committee members prior to the start of negotiations. 5.02 The Local Union may also appoint or otherwise select up to seven (7) stewards one of whom will be selected as the Chief Xxxxxxx. One of such stewards shall be designated to represent the employees engaged in caretaking in each Field Service Area of the Board, and one of such stewards shall be designated to represent those engaged in maintenance, courier, and warehousing services. In the absence of the designated stewards one of the other stewards may act in their place. The Local Union's Chief Xxxxxxx shall co-ordinate the activities of such stewards. 5.03 A xxxxxxx'x function shall be to assist an employee in the preparation and presentation of grievances to the employee's supervisor and in the event of any violation of Article 4 by any employees to instruct them to return to work and perform their usual duties. A xxxxxxx, with the prior permission of the xxxxxxx'x immediate supervisor, shall be reasonably allowed such time off as is necessary for the prompt investigation and settlement of grievances. The Board will compensate stewards and Union officers for any portion of their regularly scheduled work time spent with the permission of the Board in servicing grievances. The Board may revoke this compensation if it reasonably believes that the time off for servicing grievances is being abused. 5.04 Members of the bargaining committee shall suffer no loss in pay for any portion of their regularly scheduled work time spent in attending negotiations with the Board. 5.05 The Local Union shall notify the Board in writing of the names of its officers, Chief Xxxxxxx and stewards. 5.06 The President of the Local union shall be supplied a copy of Board Corporate Services and Human Resources Committee meeting agendas and Regular Board meeting agendas, 48 hours prior to the meeting/s.

  • Publications and Presentations The Parties acknowledge that scientific publications must be strictly monitored to prevent any adverse effect from premature publication or dissemination of results of the activities hereunder. Except as required by Applicable Laws, each Party agrees that it shall not publish or present, or permit to be published or presented, the results of the Research Program, the Development of a Candidate or the Commercialization of a Product, including, but not limited to, studies or clinical trials carried out by such Party as part of the Collaboration, without the prior review by and the approval of the JSC in accordance with Section 2.1. Each Party shall provide to the JSC the opportunity to review any of the submitting Party’s proposed abstracts, manuscripts or presentations (including information to be presented verbally) which relate to the Research Program, the Development of a Candidate or the Commercialization of a Product at least [*****] days prior to its intended presentation or submission for publication, and such submitting Party agrees, upon written request from the TSC within such [*****] day period, not to submit such abstract or manuscript for publication or to make such presentation until the other Party is given up to [*****] days from the date of such written request to seek appropriate patent protection for any material in such publication or presentation which the JSC reasonably believes is patentable. Once such abstracts, manuscripts or presentations have been reviewed by the JSC, the same abstracts, manuscripts or presentations do not have to be provided again to the JSC for review for a later submission for publication. Each Party also shall have the right to require that its Confidential Information that is disclosed in any such proposed publication or presentation be deleted prior to such publication or presentation. In any permitted publication or presentation by a Party, the other Party’s contribution shall be duly recognized, and co-authorship shall be determined in accordance with customary industry standards.
