Documentary evidence requirement – Sick Leave. Each employee will be granted 1 single sick day off with out a certificate three times during any 12-month period starting from their entitlement date but evidence satisfactory to the employer will be required for any employee's non-attendance due to personal ill health or accident on a working day preceding and/or following a accrued day off, public holiday or a period of annual leave. In that case the employee will need to provide the employer with the following documentary evidence:
