Donation of Vacation or Compensatory Hours to Nonprofit Organizations. The executive may implement a process providing the opportunity for comprehensive leave eligible employees to convert accrued vacation or accumulated compensatory hours, or both, into a cash donation. This process must conform to KCC 3.12.222, as amended.
