DOT Compliance Sample Clauses

DOT Compliance. All of Contractor’s drivers performing work for the City must be in compliance with DOT requirements related to holding a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring its own compliance with all applicable DOT regulations and requirements, including but not limited to DOT regulations related to drug testing and the maintenance of drug testing records. Contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless the City for any fines incurred as a result of Contractor’s failure to comply with DOT requirements as set forth above. It shall be Contractor’s responsibility to comply and provide evidence to the City of DOT compliance upon request.

DOT Compliance. Prior to Company beginning operation of its franchise under this Agreement, Company agrees that it will comply with the requirements of N.C. Gen. Stat. § 130A-295.5 and provide to County a copy of any issued certification by the North Carolina Department of Transportation evidencing this compliance.
DOT Compliance. When fully integrated but unfueled, the satellite pressure vessels shall comply with US Department of Transportation requirements per CFR 49, Part 173 to ship satellite via ground or air transportation both domestically and internationally.
DOT Compliance. Any driver used by Xxxxx Heavy Equipment Co., Inc. must be in compliance with DOT requirements related to holding a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).   • HIPAA Compliance If this Contract involves services, activities or products subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), the Contractor covenants that it will appropriately safeguard Protected Health Information (defined in 45 CFR 160.103), and agrees that it is subject to, and shall comply with, the provisions of 45 CFR 164 Subpart E regarding use and disclosure of Protected Health Information.
