Double Shifting. For purposes of double shifting, off production Employees may be subject to replacement after ten (10) hours of work.

Double Shifting. Prior to the first day of September 1975, a Xxxxxxx may be required to work a double shift at the rate of pay provided hereinafter. On and after that date the following provisions will apply:
Double Shifting. If an employee is scheduled for a double shift they will not be required to work in excess of fourteen consecutive (14) hours.

  • Shiftwork 28.1 In this clause Shiftwork means work comprising recurring periods in which different groups of workers do the same jobs in rotation.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Retrenchment At any time during an individual’s service, the individual may be subject to retrenchment in accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of the Agreement. In such cases, the notice provisions and all other terms of that article shall apply, anything above to the contrary notwithstanding.

  • Wage Scale The wages shown in Appendix A will be part of this Agreement.

  • TRENCH SHORING If this Contract is in excess of $25,000 and is for the excavation of any trench deeper than five (5) feet, Contractor must submit and obtain District’s approval and acceptance, in advance of excavation, of a detailed plan showing the design of shoring, bracing, sloping, or other provisions to be made for worker protection from the hazard of caving ground during the excavation of such trench or trenches. If the plan varies from the shoring system standards, the plan shall be prepared by a registered civil or structural engineer.

  • Pruning C.6.1. The Contractor shall maintain trees, shrubs, xxxxxx, bushes, vines, ground cover and flowers.

  • Data shared with Subcontractors If DSHS Data provided under this Contract is to be shared with a subcontractor, the Contract with the subcontractor must include all of the data security provisions within this Contract and within any amendments, attachments, or exhibits within this Contract. If the Contractor cannot protect the Data as articulated within this Contract, then the contract with the sub- Contractor must be submitted to the DSHS Contact specified for this contract for review and approval.

  • Tariff Elimination 1. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, no Party may increase any existing customs duty, or adopt any new customs duty, on an originating good.
