Drops. Either Party shall be permitted to secure its drop facility to its SNI by grounding same in an appropriate manner. Upon disconnection of service to the end user customer, either Party may leave its drop in place until another LEC or CLC needs access to the NID to provide service to the customer.
Drops. Tutorific is allowed to drop a Student from this program if it is not possible to provide services due to lack of reasonable parent/guardian support in facilitating the tutoring (including but not limited to guardian inflexibility to accept any of multiple scheduling options and/or Students who tutoring does not commence despite approval of the schedule by guardian and reminders prior to the commencement date).
Drops. To obtain a full refund of the rental fee, the student must return the rented textbook(s) to the University of Hawaii at Manoa Bookstore within the normal refund period with the original receipt. If a class is dropped after the normal refund policy, the student must bring with them the original receipt and a copy of the drop form. Otherwise to avoid being charged for the unreturned rental textbook, the returned textbook must be returned by 11:30
a. m. on the semester’s Return Date.
Drops. A. Installation: Company’s standard installation charge shall include a 125 foot Drop from the Cable System, such that current or potential Subscribers may be assessed an additional charge to the extent the Drop serving them exceeds 125 feet, measured from the tap on the distribution portion of the Cable System to the Subscriber’s premises.
Drops. In areas where the cable distribution system is located underground, Drop connections to the Subscriber’s structure shall be underground; in other areas the Drop connections shall be aerial unless the Subscriber requests underground installation and elects to pay the cost thereof. Insofar as practicable, Company shall adhere to the Subscriber’s desire with regard to point of entry of the Drop connection into the structure. Within the Subscriber’s structure, Drop or cable runs shall be made as unobtrusively as possible. Each Drop shall be properly grounded at the Subscriber’s structure, or, at Company’s option, at the water utility service point for the Subscriber’s structure or at such other location as may be specified in the National Electrical Safety Code.
Drops. Next, list all drops, (providers leaving your program) filling in columns 1-4 and 7. If you are dropping a provider for cause, attach a copy of the termination letter/notice sent to the provider. Last, list modifications, filling in columns 1-3, and 7 plus any other columns which reflect a change from the original facility application. If the license number changes please include the old license/registration number and include the new license/registration number. Put an asterisk next to the new license/registration number. Attach a new license/registration. For a provider name change fill in columns 1, 2 and 7, enter the new name in column 2 and supply the old name somewhere on that same line in parenthesis. Include the providers facility application with the change highlighted, dated, and initialed by a sponsor representative.
Drops. A Flight Attendant may “Drop” trip(s) from her line as provided below. A Flight Attendant may submit a request to Crew Planning/Scheduling at any time to drop a pairing. If sufficient reserves are available the request will be approved. The Company may deny a line holder’s request to drop a pairing if there is insufficient reserve coverage to operate the pairing. Drop requests must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to the report time of the trip. The 48 hour requirement may be waived by the Company
a. Trip drop(s) that are submitted seven (7) days or more prior to the date of the earliest proposed drop will be approved or denied at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the report time for the earliest trip being dropped.
b. Trip drop(s) that are submitted less than seven (7) days prior to the date of the earliest proposed drop will be approved or denied no later than twenty-four (24) hours before the report time for the earliest trip being dropped.
Drops. Talent shall record a mutually agreed upon number of video and audio drops (“Vocal Drops”) for Company during each year of the Initial Service Term for use in connection with either radio or account messages with respect to the Campaign, the content of which to be mutually approved,.
