When providing the State and the coordinating entity(ies) with the list of interpreters who have affirmatively authorized the deduction of dues and any other amounts, the Union will include an attestation of the authenticity and accuracy of such list, indicating the Union has received voluntary, affirmative authorization from each individual listed.
