AUTHORIZED DEDUCTION a) From the payments referred to in section 8.0, the Proprietor directs that the Minister withhold an amount equal to 3 cents ($0.03) multiplied by the number of adjudicated and accepted claims for eligible Saskatchewan residents, which includes claims for drug benefits, supplies and professional services, and pay that amount to the Pharmacy Association of Saskatchewan (PAS). b) The Proprietor agrees that the amount of the Authorized Deduction referred to in section 1.5(a) may be increased or reduced by where the Minister receives a notice to such effect from PAS and where so received, the Proprietor directs that the Minister amend the amount withheld on its behalf and paid to PAS in accordance with such notice. c) Unless otherwise specified by PAS, the Authorized Deductions made pursuant to this section include the Goods and Services Tax assessed at the Saskatchewan rate of 5%.
AUTHORIZED DEDUCTION. It is recognized that the Union’s duties as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent entail expenses. The employer shall honor employees’ individually authorized deduction forms and shall make such deductions in the amounts certified by the Union for union dues, assessments, or fees. Authorized deductions shall be irrevocable except in accordance with the terms under which an employee voluntarily authorized said deduction. Dues revocations are processed by the union. In the event that an employee revokes their dues in accordance with the terms in which they authorized the dues deductions, the Union will notify the Superintendent or his/her designee after the close of the revocation window.
AUTHORIZED DEDUCTION. When an employee signs the authorized forms attached hereto as Exhibits “C” and “D”, his/her Employer shall deduct from his wage all monies due. The Employer shall send all monies and the consolidated transmittal form provided by the Union to the designated depository. Payments will be made by the 20th of the following month: (a) Name of each employee for whom a contribution is made; (b) Social Security number of each employee; (c) Number of hours worked for each Employer; (d) Amounts payable to Dues; (e) Amounts payable to Political Fund; (f) Check number and date of payment. Any monies that are due and not paid shall be considered ▇▇▇▇▇- ▇▇▇▇▇ and interest shall be due in the amount of 11⁄2% per month for the outstanding balance. The Employer shall also be responsible for all collection costs incurred. Not withstanding the above, the Union shall indemnify the Em- ployer against all claims arising out of the operation of this Section.

AUTHORIZED DEDUCTION. The City shall not be required to submit any amounts to the Association under this Agreement for employees otherwise covered who are on lay- off, leave of absence or other status in which they receive no pay for the pay period normally used by the City to make such deductions. The City will provide the Association with a list of employees from whom such deductions are made with each monthly remittance to the Association.
AUTHORIZED DEDUCTION. 1. Upon written authorization from the classified employees, the Board shall deduct from the salary of any classified employee and make appropriate remittance of dues to the treasurer of the Association. The Association shall certify to the Board the amount of the annual dues. Dues authorization received by the Board during the school year will be prorated over the remaining payments of the employee’s current salary. 2. Upon written authorization from the classified employee(s), the Board shall deduct from the salary of any employee and make appropriate remittance for annuities and insurance premiums. All employees must adhere to the Board’s guidelines as they pertain to participating in an annuity program. 3. The Association, as exclusive representative of all employees will represent all such persons fairly whether members or not. No employee shall be required to join the Association but membership in the Association shall be made available to all who apply, consistent with the Association constitution, by-laws and policies.

  • Authorized Denominations The Securities are issuable in registered form, without coupons, in denominations of $1,000 and any integral multiple of $1,000 in excess thereof.   • Authorized Access Transfer Agent shall have controls that are designed to maintain the logical separation such that access to systems hosting Fund Data and/or being used to provide services to Fund will uniquely identify each individual requiring access, grant access only to authorized personnel based on the principle of least privileges, and prevent unauthorized access to Fund Data.

  • Authorized Reseller A reseller or dealer authorized and added by a Vendor through their online TIPS Vendor Portal to make TIPS sales according to the terms and conditions herein.

  • Denominations; Registration Certificates for the Initial Securities and the Option Securities, if any, shall be in such denominations and registered in such names as the Representatives may request in writing at least one full business day before the Closing Time or the relevant Date of Delivery, as the case may be. The certificates for the Initial Securities and the Option Securities, if any, will be made available for examination and packaging by the Representatives in The City of New York not later than 10:00 A.M. (Eastern time) on the business day prior to the Closing Time or the relevant Date of Delivery, as the case may be.
