AUTHORIZED DEDUCTION a) From the payments referred to in section 8.0, the Proprietor directs that the Minister withhold an amount equal to 3 cents ($0.03) multiplied by the number of adjudicated and accepted claims for eligible Saskatchewan residents, which includes claims for drug benefits, supplies and professional services, and pay that amount to the Pharmacy Association of Saskatchewan (PAS).

AUTHORIZED DEDUCTION. 1. Upon written authorization from the classified employees, the Board shall deduct from the salary of any classified employee and make appropriate remittance of dues to the treasurer of the Association. The Association shall certify to the Board the amount of the annual dues. Dues authorization received by the Board during the school year will be prorated over the remaining payments of the employee’s current salary.
AUTHORIZED DEDUCTION. The City shall not be required to submit any amounts to the Association under this Agreement for employees otherwise covered who are on lay- off, leave of absence or other status in which they receive no pay for the pay period normally used by the City to make such deductions. The City will provide the Association with a list of employees from whom such deductions are made with each monthly remittance to the Association.
AUTHORIZED DEDUCTION. It is recognized that the Union’s duties as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent entail expenses. The employer shall honor employees’ individually authorized deduction forms and shall make such deductions in the amounts certified by the Union for union dues, assessments, or fees. Authorized deductions shall be irrevocable except in accordance with the terms under which an employee voluntarily authorized said deduction. Dues revocations are processed by the union. In the event that an employee revokes their dues in accordance with the terms in which they authorized the dues deductions, the Union will notify the Superintendent or his/her designee after the close of the revocation window.
AUTHORIZED DEDUCTION. UNION SECURITY Membership in the Union is not compulsory by state and federal law. Employees have the right to join, not join, maintain, or drop their membership in the Union as they see fit. Neither the Union, its agents, or any employee shall exert any pressure on, or discriminate against an employee as regards to such matters.

  • Authorized Denominations The Securities are issuable in registered form, without coupons, in denominations of $1,000 and any integral multiple of $1,000 in excess thereof. As provided in the Indenture, and subject to certain limitations therein set forth and to the limitations described below, if applicable, Securities of this series are exchangeable for a like aggregate principal amount of Securities of this series and of like tenor of a different authorized denomination, as requested by the Holder surrendering the same.

  • Authorized Units Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company is authorized to issue equity interests in the Company designated as Units. The total number of Units that the Company shall have authority to issue is 1,000, all of which shall be designated as Common Units.

  • Denominations; Registration Certificates for the Initial Securities and the Option Securities, if any, shall be in such denominations and registered in such names as the Representatives may request in writing at least one full business day before the Closing Time or the relevant Date of Delivery, as the case may be. The certificates for the Initial Securities and the Option Securities, if any, will be made available for examination and packaging by the Representatives in The City of New York not later than 10:00 A.M. (Eastern time) on the business day prior to the Closing Time or the relevant Date of Delivery, as the case may be.

  • Denomination The Notes will initially be issued as Book-Entry Notes. The Notes will be issued in minimum denominations of $1,000 and in multiples of $1,000. However, one Note of each Class may be issued in a different amount if it exceeds the minimum denomination for the Class.

  • Payment Date Accounting The Issuer shall render (or cause to be rendered) an accounting (each a “Distribution Report”), determined as of the close of business on each Determination Date preceding a Payment Date, and shall make available such Distribution Report to the Trustee, the Collateral Manager, the Initial Purchaser, the Rating Agency and any Holder shown on the Register, any Shareholder shown on the Share Register and any beneficial owner of a Security who has delivered a Beneficial Ownership Certificate to the Trustee not later than the Business Day preceding the related Payment Date. The Distribution Report shall contain the following information:

  • Designated Account Agent is authorized to make the Revolving Loans, and Issuing Bank is authorized to issue the Letters of Credit, under this Agreement based upon telephonic or other instructions received from anyone purporting to be an Authorized Person or, without instructions, if pursuant to Section 2.6(d). Borrowers agree to establish and maintain the Designated Account with the Designated Account Bank for the purpose of receiving the proceeds of the Revolving Loans requested by Borrowers and made by Agent or the Lenders hereunder. Unless otherwise agreed by Agent and Borrowers, any Revolving Loan or Swing Loan requested by Borrowers and made by Agent or the Lenders hereunder shall be made to the Designated Account.

  • Denominations The Securities of each series shall be issuable only in registered form without coupons and only in such denominations as shall be specified as contemplated by Section 301. In the absence of any such specified denomination with respect to the Securities of any series, the Securities of such series shall be issuable in denominations of $1,000 and any integral multiple thereof.

  • Authorized Use The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit A or stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referred to herein this DPA.

  • Designated Accounts The Collection Account, the Note Distribution Account and the Reserve Account, collectively. Determination Date: The tenth day of each calendar month, or if such tenth day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day. Discount Rate: 0.00% per annum.
