DUES-DEDUCTIONS FROM SALARY. A. Upon written authorization signed by the staff member, the Board agrees to make deductions for staff association dues. The Association shall indemnify and hold the Board harmless against any and all claims or suits of any nature whatsoever which may arise by virtue of the Board's compliance with the provisions of this paragraph. The Board agrees to deduct from staff salaries money for local, state and/or national association services and programs as said staff members on an annual basis individually and voluntarily authorize the Board to deduct and to transmit the monies promptly to such associations.

The Board agrees to deduct from employee's salaries money for local, State and/or national association services and programs as said employee individually and voluntarily authorizes the Board to deduct and to transmit the monies to such associations within the capacity of the computer system. The Association shall certify to the Board in writing the current rate of local, State and National member dues. In the event that any association changes the rate of its membership dues, the local association shall give its membership and the Board written notice prior to the effective date of such change.

  • Deductions from Sick Leave A deduction shall be made from accumulated sick leave of all normal working days (exclusive of holidays) absent for sick leave.

  • Salary Deductions Salaried employees (E-level classifications) who are permanently assigned to full-time job classifications are paid on a bi-weekly salary basis.   • DEDUCTIONS FROM PAY The Municipality may deduct monies owed to the Municipality under any Municipal policy or program in which the employee is participating which calls for payroll deductions, such as tuition reimbursement and benefit deductions. The Municipality may make other deductions from employee pay as authorized by law, Collective Bargaining Agreement, or written agreement with the employee.
